上周,周一至周三的下午的第三、第四节课,七年级进行了月考,考完后,我试卷改的并不多,因为这一届班级带着很累,学生问题不断。主要是洋洋的问题。不断的处理班级事情。因为是普通班,学习习惯不好的学生比较集中,每天纪律问题是大事。进班总有部分学生静不下来,上课总有说话违纪的学生。我抽出时间改了几本试卷,周五发下来试卷,我找了几个五十多分的学生,看他们存在的问题,我主要看的是作文,这些五十多分的学生作文反映出来的问题是:基本功不扎实,单词、短语都记住了,但句子结构没有记住,写出来的句子要么是动词不知道变化,要么是代词误用,要么是对句子结构认识模糊,作为,老师,我应该做哪些改变?
1.从平时练习出发,以后关注句子的操练。新学的句子,多让学生造句,一个句型练5-8句,平时不仅仅是过关单词短语,更要抓住句子,多听写每个单元的目标句。让学生每天写英语日记,多读适合学生水平的英语原版著作,提高学生的英语素养。英语满分作文:字体规范,饱满、舒展、大方、整洁。

我这一段时间存在的问题是:过多的精力花在班级管理上,教学上没法抓落实,对于成绩较好的学生平时几乎没有个别辅导过。因为那些行为习惯不好的孩子不停的制造事端,让你不停的为他忙。
备课不充分,对于重点句子/课文没有过关,没有听写和默写。
作文批改的少,学生作文背默的少,没有对重点学生关注到位。
这一周的教学收获是:
1.听说课听并跟读,对照录音原文讲解知识点。
2.对于语法聚焦的重点句子,前几个单元我的处理是读三遍直接做题,结果发现题是做了,但学生在做题中还是反复的出错,后来干脆每句话让学生虫重复地读,比如每一列七个人重复七遍,这样就好多了,所有的学生都对重点句子烂熟于心了。
3.善于向别人学习,提前备课。 |
