【学习目标】
一、知识目标
1. 能够听,说,认读单词party、next、wonderful及动词词组draw cartoon、play the pipa.
2. 能够听,说,读,写动词词组sing English songs、do some kung fu及句子 --- What can you do for the party, children? --- I can sing English songs./ I can do some kung fu.
3.能够听懂并初步掌握句型:
What can you do ? I can...
二、能力目标:能够运用所学句型---What can you do? ---I can …进行作答。
三、情感目标:帮助学生养成热爱活动的好习惯。
【学习重点、难点】
一、重点:掌握描述业余活动的四会单词sing、kung fu及词组sing English songs、do some Kung fu.
二、难点:正确书写四会单词、词组以及熟练运用句型---What can you do?---I can …进行回答。
【学习准备】
图片do kung fu、draw cartoons、play the pipa、sing English songs、dance(预设:PPT播放错误时,可以备用) 、教材相配套的Unit 4 第一课时教学课件;教材相配套的教学录音带,教学光盘。
【学习过程】
一.热身和复习Warm up and review
1.学生领读第四单元单词
2.学生齐读第四单元单词
二.新课呈现Presentation
Let’s talk教学重点句型:what can you do ?和I can…
1.游戏:I do, you guess.
教师做动作,询问“What can you do?”初识重点句型。通过复习第二单元动作词组,引导学生回答“I can …”。
2.教师展示第四单元动作词组,指着do kung fu 这张图片,
T: I can read books, I can play football, I can wash my clothes. And I can do kung fu.(最后一句,加重语气,并带上动作,直观的对do kung fu进行讲解)并领读:do kung fu. I can do kung fu.
3.教师出示本课时重点句型,分别出示图片:dance, sing English songs, play the pipa, clean the classroom, draw cartoons.练习重点句型。
4.活动:小火车,开开开。
教师先找一名学生进行示范,练习。
T: I can do kung fu. What can you do?(并引导学生带上动作)。
S1: I can dance. What can you do?
S2: I can draw cartoons. What can you do?
……
5.教师指着图片中的男孩说:He is a boy. We can say…(引导学生变换主语he)。
学生在教师的引导下回答:What can he do? He can do kung fu.
教师继续指着下一张说:How about her?
学生回答:What can she do? She can draw cartoons.
通过不同的人物进行主语替换练习重点句型。
6.教师展示派对图片,指着问:What’s this?
学生回答:It’s a party.
教师:Yes, it’s an … (指着英语,引导学生答出:English party) Boys and girls, there will be an English party next Tuesday. (讲解next Tuesday). I can draw cartoons for the party. What can you do for the party?
S1: I can dance.
T: Wonderful!
S2: I can play the pipa.
T: Great!
S3: I can do kung fu.
T: Cool!
……
7.教师展示Let’s try图片,教师指着Mike,问:What can Mike do? Can you guess?
S1: He can dance.
T: Maybe.
S2: He can draw cartoons.
T:OK, listen to the tape and tick the answer.
教师播放录音,学生听录音,找出答案。
教师提问学生,并共同检查答案是否正确。
8.教师展示展示Let’s talk主景图,问:How about Zhang Peng and John? What can they do?
学生根据图片试着猜答案。
9.教师出示问题:Q1 What can Zhang Peng do for the party?
Q2 What can John do for the party?
播放动画,学生通过动画,找出答案。
动画播放完毕。教师问:Can you find the answers? Who wants to try?
S1:Zhang Peng can sing English songs.
T:Is he/she right?
Ss: Yes.
T: Good job. Zhang Peng can sing English songs. And how about John?
S2: He can do some kung fu.
T: Yes or no?
Ss: Yes.
教师总结答案。
10.教师播放录音,学生随着录音逐句跟读。纠正语音和语调。
11.教师领读,学生随着教师逐句跟读。
12.分角色朗读。

三、练习Practice
展示表演的图片,教师说:Tomorrow, we will have an English party. What can you and your partners do for the party? Make a new dialogue. 学生自编对话,并展示。(5分钟准备)
四、总结Summary
展示本课时重点句型及词组图片。教师指着图片,学生一起总结。
