教学关键:通过本单元的学习,培养学生热爱生活,喜欢英语学习的良好心理状态,让每个学生都感悟到应使生活过得有意义。

Hi! Today let’s learn UNIT 4 There are seven days in a week. Lesson 19(课件出示)
T:Are you ready?
Ss: (Ready!)

T: Good morning, everyone!
Ss: Good morning, Miss Lin!
T: How are you?
Ss: I’m fine, thank you. And you?
T: I’m fine, too.
T: Look around, There are so many teachers here. Let’s say: Welcome to Shaling, Welcome to our school.
Sit down, please!
Warming-up ( 8 )


T: Who’s on duty today?
S: I am.
T: Are you all here?
S: Yes, we are.
T: How many students are there in your class?
Ss: forty students.
T: How many girls?
Ss:Eighteen.
T: How many boys?
Ss:Twenty-two.

?Boys and girls, follow me do the actions, OK?(律动)

?Today is a special day. Do you know---What day is today?
T: Today is Thursday(根据实际情况)!
Ss: (跟读)
T: Thursday, Thursday, Today is Thursday.
Ss: (跟读)
T-h-u-r Thursday! (出示卡片,TPR教授,并把卡片帖到黑板上)
(read one by one)
(分层次教授)
I like Thursday.I have an English class on Thursday!Let’s learn to write it. (学习书写)
T: Write, write with me!
Ss: Write, write with you!
T: T-h-u-r-s-d-a-y Thursday.
T: Pay attention to the word, the first letter is a big letter. Remember it,please.

T: Before Thursday it’s Wednesday.
T: Wednesday, Wednesday, W-e-d, Wednesday. (出示卡片,TPR教授,并把卡片帖到黑板上)
(按顺序教授) Wednesday Tuesday(书写) Monday Sunday

(本课教授七个单词,是个重复的有些枯燥的过程,只有利用不同的语音语调speak and sing,并配以动作play and act, 才能吸引学生的注意力,以达到预期的效果—教者感)
?游戏巩固认读一周七天的具体说法.
(利用黑板上帖着的七张单词卡片和两个响锤,游戏.规则:由老师说出七天中的一个,两个学生听到后.按老师要求跑向黑板或者蹦向黑板,先到者,选对者, 获胜)
T: Now seven days here. Let’s play a game. Yeah?
Ss: Yeah!
T: I call two students to stand here. Take the hammer, listen to me. When you listen: Run to ***, you must run to it quickly. The first and right one is winner. (边说边示范)
T: Now, Begin! You two, please! Listen to me carefully! “Run to Tuesday!”
T: Who’s first?
You are winner, Give me five.(击掌祝贺)
(根据时间决定游戏长短)

(利用动作和课件教授单词week)seven days = a week
T: seven days in a week?Do you know ‘week’
S:周.星期.
T: How many days are there in a week?
S: Seven days.
T: (肯定学生回答并补充) There are seven days in a week.
T: What are they?
Ss; They are ……

?Listen to the radio and read.
T: Now let’s listen to the radio, the first time , only listen; second time, you must listen and read.

?Read the text :Follow me
?Play a chain game to practice the dialogue.(在days of the week.音乐中做游戏,感知这首歌曲)

?learn to sing
T: I know you are very tired, now. let’s listen to a song to have a rest. When you can sing it, please follow the radio.
