Unit3 Weather Teaching plan Analysis of textbook 1. This unit talks about the weather, weather is a simple and meaningful topic in our daily life. This lesson is Part B of Unit 3 Weather of PEP Primary English, Book 4. . 2. It includes two parts: Let’s learn and Let’s play. In section 1, it mainly deals with these key words: sunny, rainy, windy, cloudy, snowy. And, in section 2, it deals with the patterns: what’s the weather like in ? /it’s in . This lesson can let children know how to describe the weather of different cities. l Analysis of students 1. The students of grade 4 have studied English more than one year, they have learned some vocabulary, and they can understand some simple orders of teacher. However they are active, and they cannot focus on the class for a long time. So this less will attract students’ attention by pictures, sound and game. l Teaching aims and teaching requirements: 1.
