教师的幸福感受来自于内心的宁静与善良。他们善于节制各种欲望,珍惜自身所拥有的。一个人假如对自身所拥有的感到知足,他就不会痛苦,并且还能腾出心胸去理解、同情和协助他人。同情是随宁静和快乐而来的。教师也只有坚持内心的宁静才干拥有清明的理性,才干采撷到知识的精华,简洁明晰地传授知识,有效地启迪同学的智慧,减轻他们学习的负担,使他们愉快地学习,健康地生长。
“生活世界”理念指导下的教师又是充溢内在生命活力的人。他们在自由自主的生命状态下,可以用自身内在的生命力量感和理性智慧赋予单调重复性的日常教学以生命律动和智慧之光。他们能够宁静地深思反省,反观知识,反观同学,反观自我;他们既能从容乐观地适应和应对各种外界的要求,又能在适应的过程中通过心灵与心灵的沟通、对话、理解、互助,使人性中善良、美好的一面不时受到强化,而其中的阴暗、扭曲又不时地得到洗涮、廓清、扶正,人性不时得到完善与提升,从而使自身的生命在工作、发明与分享的过程中经常进入职业高峰体验和自我实现的美感状态。
The idea of “life world” and the reconstruction of teacher’mind

Abstract
The idea of “life world” put forward by Husserl is similar to the concept of Chinese traditional “Tao”. It also has the common sense with the idea of “experience” used by Dewey. “Tao” has the ontological meaning which is full of unlimited creativity and vigor inside. It can also extend boundlessly from inside to outside world; The idea of “experience”used by Dewey includes all the experience of cognition, emotion and will, it formed the being of ourselves at present and it can forecast our future as well. According to the idea of “life world” analyzed here, teachers should have light, wisdom, creativity, peace and freedom in soul, they should also put down the absolute authority and prestige of their teaching role, while regarding their students as equal individuals, understanding their heart and sharing their happiness, worry or misery.
