PEP4Unit 4 A Read and write

一.教学目标与要求。
1. 掌握单词 jeans , pants , socks , shoes 的拼写。
2. 会应用、书写句型:it’s warm today . let’s play football .
二.教学重点、难点分析。
1. 本课时需要同学能准确理解read and write 局部的内容,并重点掌握上述单词和句子的拼写。
2. 难点:they are on your feet .
三.教学步骤
1. warm-up .
a . greeting .
b . daily oral practice .
a . t : i’m your new english teacher . so you can ask me some questions .
(同学随意提问)
b . t : ok , can i ask you some questions ?
what’s your name ? how are you ? how old are you ?
do you like english ? what colour is it ? what time is it ?
what day is it today ? what’s the weather like today ?
t : it’s warm today . i can wear jeans .what can you wear ?(同学利用自身的图片回答或随意说句子)if it’s cool , what can you wear ?
c . t : today , it’s very warm . let’s enjoy a chant , ok ?
(自编的chant , 边说边做动作)
2. presentation .
a . 由 chant 中最后一句“where , where ,where , where are my shoes ?”回答“they are on my feet .” 运用手势协助理解。再问:“where are your shoes ?”同学回答:“they are on my feet .”(用幻灯片出示这两句话)师再问,指名几个同学练习回答。
b . t : today we have four new friends . who are they ? let’s see , johnny(ss read ) , tommy (ss read ) , teddy(ss read ) , jacky (ss read ),边贴头像边读。
t :now let’s help them choose their clothes .who can help them ?johnny has jeans ,we can say“ johnny ‘s jeans “ (指名同学上台找图片贴到相应的头像下,边贴边说,正确的为小组加1分)
t : johnny jeans ,we shoud say “ johnny ‘s jeans “ 然后带读一下johnny 的其它服装,突出’s ,并板书johnny ‘s …其它头像也一样教学。
t : they all have beautiful clothes,but they can’t spell the words . can you help them find the right words ?and you should say “johnny ‘s jeans”,if you can’t say, you can ask your partner in your group to help you . (正确加1分)
接下来教师带读四个新单词,突出有颜色的字母组合和元音字母的发音,然后t : can you find some words with “ea” pronounce /i:/ ?ok , i can find these words.(用幻灯片出示相同发音的单词),其它单词一样。
t :ok , look at the flashcard , i want to know which group can get the most points,are you ready ?
a . what’s missing ?(正确的每个加1分)
b . how many words can you find ?(正确的每个加1分)
t :ok,you are very good . so let’s play a game . i give you a toy . you can pass it to another. when i say “stop” , the student who gets the toy should stand up and spell a word.(正确加1分)
c . t : ok,we help them choose so many beautiful clothes . now let’s play football with them ,ok? but where are our friends,zoom and johnny?look, they are choosing clothes,too .oh, what happens?(出现图片) listen.
t : open your books and read it for two minutes by yourselves.
t : close your books . i have many words here , but i don’t know what the meaning is ,can you help me ?(把单词卡发给8位同学,让他们按句子正确顺序排列)
t : good, now let’s go out .(出示两张与下面两句话相关的图片)。填空,正确每个加一分。oh, it’s today. let’s play .
t :( 幻灯片上句子顺序突然被打乱)oh, what’s wrong ?can you help me ?take out your paper and write down the right sentence .(核对后,全对最多组加3分,其它每组都加1分)
3. consolidation and extension.
a. can you finish the dialogue ?(核对后,全对最多组加3分,其它每组都加1分)
b. 有时间的话让同学扮演这个对话,脱离练习纸扮演的同学可以直接得到一个小火炬作为奖励。课堂上没时间的话作为家庭作业。
备注:每满5分,该小组就可以得到一个小火炬。最终哪组火炬最多就是冠军。
