Step 1 Revision
1. Sing a song.
2. Revise some old words.
Step  2  The new lesson
1. Show the picture and cards to the pupils. And to teach the phrase,
    Make a puppet ；make a cake
　　Draw and paint ；play the piano
　　Feed a rabbit ；interview people
2. Show the picture to the pupils and put it on the blackboard.      
Ask the question: what can you do?
Help the pupils to answer : I can ......
3. Teach the new sentences:  I learned by doing things. I can ...…  Ask the pupils to read aloud.
4. Ask some student to make another new sentences.
Step 3. Practice
1. Listen to the tape and read in pairs. Then ask some pairs to read in class.
2. Ask some pairs to practice it out.
   I learned a lot by making things.I can make puppets,toys and   notes.
