1、识别单词：middle school、study、practice、worry.
2、能口头运用 “Are you going to go to middle school this
September?”询问对即将到来的中学生活的判断是否准确.
3、        用将来时描述自己的计划和将要发生的事情.
教学重点：
能口头运用 “Are you going to go to middle school this
September?”询问对即将到来的中学生活的判断是否准确.
教学难点：
用将来时描述自己的计划和将要发生的事情.
教具：
录音机、自制单词卡片和多媒体课件.
    教学过程：
    Step 1: Warm-up
1、        Gretting.
2、        Sing the song 〝what do you want to eat?〞
    Step 2: presentation
1、        Learn: middle school
（1）        T: Which grade are you in?
S: I′m in Grade Six.
T: You are in Grade Six now. you are going to go
to middle school. What middle school do you know? (put
〝middle school〞and〝going to〞on the blackboard.)
（2）        Show the pictures of middle school. Have students
guess which middle school. And ask 〝Which middle school
are you going to go?〞〝Are you going to go NO.4 Middle
school?〞
2、        Learn〝Chemistry、Physics、History、Geography.〞
T: You are going to go to middle school soon. What are
you going to learn in middle school? Do you know?
（1）        Have students say out〝English、Chinese、Maths、
Art、P.E、Music、Computer、Science〞 .
（2）        But in middle school we are going to study new
subjects: 〝Chemistry、Physics、History、Geography〞(Show the Chemistry book、Physics book…,and learn this words)
（3）        Learn〝worry〞.
(T: There are some new subjects in middle school, but
you don′t worry. It′s easy.)
  （4）Play a game.
Step 3: Learn the text
T: You are going to go to middle school. Sam, Amy and Daming are going to go to middle school, too. They are
talk about the life in middle school. Let′s listen to thetape.
1、        Open your books. listen, point and underline
the subjects.
2、        Listen and find 〝going to〞. Then read it with
your partner.
3、        Listen and repeat, then read by yourself and do
exercise with your partner.
Listen and match:
1、What subjects is Daming        He′s excited.
   going to study?
2、How does Daming feel           Physics、Chemistry
about middle school?
   3、Where are Sam            Write emails to Sam and Amy.
    and Amy going to go?
4、How is Daming going               To England.
to practice his English?
   5、Who will Sam and Amy miss?          Daming.
   4、Play a roles.
Step 4: Practise.
