(3)下定义练习
教师口头给课文中某些词汇下简单定义,然后学生从黑板上的一组单词中选单词并写出英文解释。如黑板上写有:student, teacher, father, child等词:He works in a school. He teaches lessons and helps his students. (teacher)
这种练习不仅训练听力,而且还可以为将来用英语解释词义打下基础。
(4)情景应用
学生两人一组,A手拿几张卡片(或实物),学生B扮演顾客。
A: What would you like?
B: I'd like some meat, some sugar, and a bar of chocolate, please.
A: (选出正确的卡片) you are.
B: Thank you.
2.听听做做
教师发指令,学生根据指令做相应的动作。如:Open the door, please. Come to the front, please. 这种练习对于让学生熟悉课堂用语很有效。
非机械性练习,即有意义练习。这种练习更强调意义,而不是形式。请学生按照实际情况进行表述,I go to school at ... 交际型练习即创设一个接近真实的情景,让学生用所学语言进行交际。比如:请学生调查一下小组内谁上学出发时间最早。这个活动每名学生需要准备一个简易调查表,上面写好组员的名字,一边调查一边在表上做记录,然后找出上学时间最早的是谁。
(2)替换练习
①替换单个单词,如:
T: Do you like toufu? Yes, I do.(提示:banana)
S: Do you like banana? Yes, I do.
②替换多项内容,如:
T: I do my homework at seven. (提示:go to bed, nine)
S: I go to bed at nine.
(3)直接对话
作为新课前的free talk环节,用于基础较好的学生。

(1)搜索信息
教师先提出问题,然后让学生听一段对话或文章,找出答案。如:根据短文判断正误。
