4.        Ask the students to fill in the missing words in Part B2.
5.        Teach them to read.
IV. Practice
1.        Play the tape/Transparency. Let the students listen and repeat.
2.        Invite some students to read the text.
3.        Ask the students to read the information in Part B3.
4.        Play the tape of Part B3. Ask them to match the correct descriptions.

1.        Use pictures /Transparency to review the sun, the earth, and other planets.
2.        Have a dictation of the new words in the former parts.
III. Part C
1.        Show Transparency. Talk something about the story.
2.        Teach the new words in Part C.
3.        Play the tape and let the students listen and repeat.
4.        Ask some questions about the story.
5.        Talk with the students about the daily life in space.
6.        Ask them how it is different from the life on the earth or if they know anything about space food and spacesuits.
IV. Part D
1.        Ask the students to practise reading the story in pairs.
2. Ask the students to read the questions and answer the questions.
Homework:
1.        Tell the story to their friends.
2.        Copy the story once.
Writing:

3. Read the sounds in Part E correctly.

II. Revision
1.        Show some pictures to review the story.
2.        Ask some students to tell the story.
3.        Ask some questions about the story.
III. Part E
1.        Write they symbols for the sounds on the board. Write the words with the sounds under the symbols.
2.        Ask the students to tell other words with the same sounds add them to the list.
3.        Play the tape and let the students listen and read the sounds, words and poem.

3. Ask the students to write down the new words they have learned from Units 1-3 to create their own word bank.
