第三部分  说明
本课时主要学习的是B部分的单词和C、D部分的句型,老师要先带着学生复习以前学过的介词,并由次引入本课中的新词汇。然后运用这些词汇做师生问答,目的是起到示范作用,便于学生后面环节中能同着一起完成类似口头练习。同时,在自由对话完毕后一定要请几组学生进行对话反馈,教师给出评价或纠正错误。 在句型和词汇操练完毕之后,运用听一听,画一画的游戏,让学生在轻松的形式中巩固本课所学的知识,提升学生对英语学习的兴趣。

2.本课的学习要和学生的生活实际相结合,学完本课,学生对家庭设施有了更多的了解。

Step1: Revision
1.Sing a song. 唱英文歌曲“Two jackets”
2.Free talk. 师生交流
T: Glad to see you .  Are you all here ? (Yes.)  What’s the date today ? (It’s … )
3.Review “There be”句型(游戏Touch and guess)
T: I’ve got a birthday present, Look, it’s a nice bag. You can come here, touch and guess! What’s in my bag?
S: (触摸后猜)There’s a box…….
T: What’s in the box?
S: There are some sweets.
Step2: Presentation and practice
1.        教师利用玩具狗作道具,先复习已经学过的介词in, on,near:
T: Where is the toy dog?
S: It’s in/ on/ near the box.
2. 教师将玩具狗放在盒子下,问:
T: Where is the toy dog now?
Is it in the box?
S: No, it isn’t.
T: It’s under the box.
多媒体课件展示: up  bus  -------  under(由旧单词的发音,引导学生找规律自己读出新单词。)
3. 同法出示behind  ( like    bike)
4. 利用道具狗,师生互问答:Where’s the  rabbit ?  It’s …..
5. Game: 教师随意摆玩具狗的位置,让一学生转过身去看不到,猜测它的位置,Is it in the box ?/s it behind the box?….让全班学生回答:Yes /No。
6.Look at the pictures (课件中展示本课C部分的图片), ask and answer

2学生二或三人一组用自己准备的图片说说、并且编成对话练习。
3 教师巡视全班,帮助有困难的学生。
4 教师请几组上台表演。(教师帮助用实物投影仪放大学生的图片)

The Second Period(第二课时)
一、教学内容:Part A
二、教学目标:
1. 能正确理解、掌握对话内容,并能朗读、初步表演对话
2.能正确地听、说、读、写词汇:live, study, a bedroom, large, a door, a wall,a map of China
3. 能正确地听、说、读日常交际用语或句型:I live in a new house now. They like the …very much.
三、教学重点:
能正确理解、掌握对话内容,并能朗读、初步表演对话。
四、教学难点
能够使用表示方位的介词和句型来准确的描述场景设施
五、课前准备:
1.准备录音机和磁带
2.准备Ying Ling新居的多媒体课件
3.准备本课会话中出现的有关家庭设施的图片
六、教学过程:
Step1:Revision
设计情景,有外宾参观我们学校,选几名学生做小导游,用There be句型介绍学校的情况。
如:There are two buildings in our school.
    There are twenty classrooms in our school.
选出优秀的小导游并奖励。
Step2: Presentation
1.今天我们去参观Yang Ling的新家,老师来当解说员,电脑屏幕显示书中第一幅图,介绍背景。
Yang Ling and her parents live in a new house. It’s big.
It is near the school. They like the new house very much.
出示parents= father and mother
Live (  him  is)     house ( blouse  mouse)
电脑屏幕显示新单词“live”、“house”,让学生明白其意思并跟读,组词造句。
用同样的方法让学生明白They like the new house very much.后,让学生争做小解说员,优秀者有奖励。
2.电脑屏幕显示放大的Yang Ling家的新居
复习单词a bathroom, a bedroom, a study, a kitchen, a dining-room, a sitting-room等,这些词在3B中就已学过,相信在老师的帮助下,学生能较顺利地说出这些单词。
3.        借助电脑屏幕,让学生上来指着屏幕上的图并描述新居的情况,如:
Yang Ling’s house is big. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study, a kitchen, a dining-room and a large sitting-room.
让学生试着说这句话,或分句描述。(注意:当There be后面紧跟单数名词时,be动词常用单数形式。)
出示large  
4.老师就屏幕上的居室分布图与学生展开讨论,如:
Is there a study/a kitchen/a dining-room in Yang Ling’s house?
Yes, there is./ No,there isn’t.
Are there any bedrooms/reading rooms in it?
Yes, there are./ No,there aren’t.

5.出示下一张扫描图——Yang Ling卧室的图,借助画中的地图,教单词world及词组a map of the world, 顺便教学生a map of China。
教师教句子The map is on the wall. 学生跟读。
教师提问Where’s the desk/telephone?
Step3: Read and say
1. Listen to the recorder.  显示整篇课文文字稿及插图、并配有录音,学生听整段对话,并模仿跟读两遍。
2. Read the dialogue. 学生自读对话,教师巡视并给予个别辅导。
3. 学生分角色朗读对话。
Step4:Consolidation
利用学生之间互不了解对方家居室情况而产生的信息沟展开问答,并编成小对话,二人或三人一组。
Step5:Assign homework
1. Listen to the tape and read after the tape.
2. Copy the new words.
3. Make new dialogues.

第二步:课文学习

T: listen to 这个词我们在平时用得比较多,例如:listen to me/him/the teacher/the radio等等,而且它和我们刚才学的单词lesson的发音很相似,要注意区别。请再跟我把这两个单词读一读。
   
T: 下面再看一遍课文的短片,然后给这些句子排排序吧。

本节课的重点句型是What can you do? I can…这一句式,学生比较容易理解。因此教师在课的开头让学生谈论自己“会做什么”之后,可以直接进入课文的学习,不断引导学生在整体情景中感知新单词、新句型的含义。教师要注意情景的真实性,并不断复现新单词和新句型,以帮助学生加深记忆。最后,再让学生回顾课文内容,完成书面练习,达到巩固的目的。由于本单元歌曲部分和本课教学内容密切相关,所以将其与 A板块结合教学,使课堂教学更真实,更有效。

第一步:复习(课文)
T: Hello, boys and girls. Nice to meet you again. 今天我们继续学习Unit 3 At a Music lesson. We know, Mr Green and his students are in the Music room, they are having a Music lesson. Now, let’s watch it again. 我们知道Mr Green和他的学生们在音乐教室上音乐课,现在我们再来看一遍动画,回顾一下吧。
Now let’s act the dialogue. 现在我请几位同学一起来表演这篇课文。
T: 表演完课文,我们再一起唱一唱上堂课学习的歌曲‘We can sing and dance’吧。 (播放歌曲)
第二步:词汇学习
1. T: 刚才我们复习了课文,还一起唱了一首歌,现在老师知道你们会唱歌,还会跳舞。你们还会做什么呢?Now please look at these pictures and words. What can you do? What can’t you do? 请先试着读一读这些单词和短语,然后想一想你会做什么,不能会什么。
  T: 这里的一些单词,我们已经学过了,你能读一读吗? Yes, swim(同法学习skate, ski, play the guitar)
Do you have any new words? Now read after me. (带读 puppet, make a puppet和model, make a model plane)你可以做各种模型,如:make a model car/house

T: Now, please listen and repeat.现在请你跟录音读注意单词的发音。

T: 下面我们用这些单词和短语来做个有趣的游戏吧。这个游戏的名字叫“看动作,猜词语”。请先看老师和同学的示范。
