Lesson 11 When is it(BOOK4)
教材分析 本课主要讲了中国的几个传统的节日以及yesterday ,today,tomorrow 的用法。
学生分析 学生对日期表达上可能会有一些困难。
设计理念 把学生作为学习的主体,结合本课内容,联系学生所穿和掌握本课的有关词汇,培养学生的反应能力,提高学习兴趣。
教学目标 Aim1.Saying reading writing this vocabulary: yesterday ,today,tomorrow.
Aim2.They can say :When is_?_.

教学流程
Class opening and review.
Class opening :
Ask the class: “What day is it ?”Prompt them if necessary with your English calendar.
Review:
Review ordinal numbers with : “What’s missing?”
Review ordinals,months and days of the week with “What day is it ?”
Sing a song
Choose a song they like
Key concepts

Temonstrate “When is _?_.”
With your calendar .Point to today’s date. Lead a dialogue such as :
T(Point to today’s date.)

Use your calendar for the current month (or months)to demonstrare the concepts .
You can make it simple by talking only about the days of the week (if today is Wednesday yesterday was Tudsday and tomorrow is Thyrsday)
