Talking to my sister the other day about the pain in her back, I found out an anatomy (解剖学) book. I wanted to work out exactly what body parts were close to her pain. We never worked it out and the pain went away, but it did make me realize I needed a better anatomy book.
I’ve discovered an even better choice. A reader suggested WinkingSkull.com, an anatomy website used by medical students to study various body parts. If you’re just looking for a general anatomy lesson, this site probably isn’t suitable for you. It goes into detail and breaks down different parts of the body into many pictures.
What’s fun about this site is that once you find a picture that interests you, you can turn the body part on or off and take a quiz to test your knowledge. The test will compare your results to other site users. Registration (注册) is free. It’s a technical medical site, so I did a terrible job on the quiz part and worked out pretty quickly how to cheat. I’m glad to have found it when I do want a little more information about the body.

Today, one in five American children live in poverty (贫困), and the number is growing. The recent economic downturn (衰退), along with high oil prices and rising food prices, is crippling many families in the US.
For children, poverty affects (影响) children from health to early learning. The results of poverty are important not only on future achievement (成就) but in the near term.
Black children have the highest child poverty rate (率). Hip-hop music started in the South Bronx area of New York City in the early nineteen seventies among young African Americans and Latino Americans. Nobody has ever drawn fields or flowers like Van Gogh(凡•高). His paintings are full of rich colors and sunlight. Today his paintings can be sold for millions of dollars. But he only sold one of his paintings in all his life.
Van Gogh was born in Holland in 1853. He began to draw pictures when he was 27, 10 years before he died. Before becoming a painter, he was a teacher. Then he started to buy and sell other people’s pictures for money. He also did some other jobs in his life.
