　　Presentation:
　　Act running， then ask：What did I do ？Students answer run . Today we learn its past tense together . Show card ran . Read and spell one by one .
　　Show picture and ask：Who is he ？Yes ，Tom . Yesterday we learned how to ask and answer with Tom： Did you/he/she….?Yes ，I/he/she did . No ， I/he/she didn’t. Today we will go on to learn the past tense.
　　Introduce：Since Tom saw the monster on the TV yesterday， he was afraid . Today he tell the monster with Sam . Let’s listen what he said . Please look at CAI ， listen carefully first. Then underline the verb’s past tense , read out . Broadcast the recorder again ，listen and follow it ，then think over the questions of Part 2 . Let the students answer them . Compare with your parter . Then correct them on the slide
