  第一课时
  本课将学习如何表述在听到他人不幸的消息时的反应,还将涉及到一般将来时的学习。
  一、教学目标(Teaching aims)
  1.学习在听到他人不幸的消息时,如何用语言表达。
  2.学习一般将来时。
  3.巩固句型May I…?
  4.“四会”词句:
  after school, sorry, hear, ill in bed
  What are you going to do after school?
  We aregoing to see him.
  I’m sorry to hear that.
  5. “三会”词句:
  with, bad, sure
  May I go to see him with you?
  二、教学重、难点(Key points and difficult points)
  1.掌握用I’m sorry to hear that.句型表述在听到他人不幸的消息时的反应。
  2.掌握用Be going to句型来表达即将做某事。
  三、教学用具(Preparations)
  1.教具:录音机、录音带、图片。
  2.学具:单词卡片。
  四、教学过程(Teaching process)
  (一)复习导入
  1师生互相问好。
  2.复习前几课中所学过的有关病痛的单词。教师说出单词后,学生做动作。最后,教师领读单词,学生跟读。
  (二)新授
  1.听课文录音两遍,要求学生听完后,就所听内容回答问题:What are Helen and Linda going to do after school? What’s wrong with Tom?
  2.课文的第一部分:
  —What are you going to do after school,Linda?
  —Tom is ill in bed. We are going to see him.
  3.课文的第二部分:
  —I’m sorry to hear that.
  (三)巩固练习
  1.操练词组:ill in bed,after school, hear。教师出示单词图片,学生熟读单词。
  2.操练What are you going to do after school?We are going to see him.
  3.操练I’m sorry to hear that.教师可扩展此句。I’m sorry to know that./ I’m sorry to see that./…
  (四)作业
  1.听录音跟读本课所学内容

第二课时

  一、教学目标(Teaching aims)

  1.巩固一般将来时。

  2.正确理解May I…?所表达的请求语气。

  3.“四会”词句:

  after school, sorry, hear, ill in bed

  What are you going to do after school?

  We aregoing to see him.

  I’m sorry to hear that.

  4.“三会”词句:

  with, bad, sure

  May I go to see him with you?

  二.教学重、难点(Key points and difficult points)

  学习最后一部分课文,做Let’s practise(Ⅰ)(Ⅱ)的练习。

  三.教学用具(Preparations)

  1.教具:录音机、录音带、图片。

  2.学具:单词卡片。

  四、教学过程(Teaching process)

  (一)复习导入

  1.复习上节课所学内容,先两人为一组做会话练习,然后全班学生分为男女生两大组,分角色做课文对话。

  2.教师提问:Do you remember what is wrong with Tom?引出新课。

  (二)新授

  1.听课文录音两遍。

  2.课文第三部分:

  —What’s wrong with him?

  —He has a bad cold.

  3.课文第四部分:

  —May I go to see him with you?

  —sure.

  (三)巩固练习

  1.操练What’s wrong with him?着重让学生作扩展练习,替换人称。What’s wrong with him/her/his friend/her mother/…?

  2.操练He has a bad cold.学生用其他疾病单词做替换练习,并在操练的过程中体会bad一词的修饰限制作用。

  3.操练May I go to see him with you?

  4.操练本课“四会”词句和“三会”词句。

  (四)作业

  抄写本课“四会”词句
