教 学 过 程	Step 1 Revision 1) Revise the sentence and new words. 2) Act out lesson 17. Step 2 Knowledge 1)        Teach the new words: today′newspaper  really  job 2)Teach the new sentences: Can you guess？   He looks great in his uniform. He often helps people in his work.   What′s her job ？ Step 3 Comprehension 1)Look at the slide picture and listen—Listen and point—listen and follow— practise speaking in two steps—pair work 2)  Play the tape and get the class to listen with their books closed. 3) Act out this dialogue in pairs. Ask and answer according to the picture cards. Step 4  Applications 1) Ask the pupils to make up dialogues in pairs by using the sentence patterns. 2) Ask for volunteers to act out the dialogue.

教 学 过 程	3) Group work. Invite as many groups to act out the dialogue. 4) Let the class make up similar dialogue. Step 5 Homework 1) Listen to the tape at home. 2) Make up the new dialogue.

一、教学目标
1、知识目标：能够继续熟练表达职业的常用说法。
2、能力目标：能听懂，会说要求的单词和句子。
3、 情感目标：进一步提高对英语学习的热情，培养更加稳定的学习兴趣。能积极主动地参与课堂活动，在情景对话中大胆开口，主动模仿。

二、教学重点
1. 学习掌握单词或短语：who, uncle, aunt, police.
2. 掌握句型：Who’s he?　　　　　  He’s my uncle．
Who’s she?           She’s my aunt.
三、教学难点
1. 通过创设真实典型的语言情景，让学生在轻松、愉快的气氛中，通过小组活动和完成任务的方式，自然运用所学知识，提高语言运用能力。
2. 让学生学会对家人进行描述。

四、教学过程
Step 1 热身 / 复习（Warm-up / Revision）
1. WHICH IS MISSING? 教师手拿学过的表示职业的图片，悄悄抽出一张，让学生再看一遍剩下的照片，猜出拿出的是哪张。此游戏可以反复进行。
2. 让学生将制作的未来职业设计图在全班进行展示。对制作有创新的同学给予奖励。
3. 将全班分成若干小组，在小组里向同学介绍自己的 uncle 和 aunt 的职业、年龄等。
Step 2 新课导入（Presentation）
1. 组织学生分组选出每组代表向全班介绍自己 uncle 和 aunt 的职业。教师发出口令：uncle，学生立即指着相应的图片说：This is my uncle. He is a .... 以同样的方法练习aunt。
2. 展示本课教学挂图，提出问题：
Who's the man in today’s newspaper?
What’s his job?
Is he a great man?
What’s Gao Wei’s aunt?
Listen to the tape and tell me the answers.
3. 播放录音，让学生听后回答问题。要根据实际情况选择听录音的遍数。
4. 请若干学生回答问题，教师要给予适当的鼓励评价。
5. 再听录音，核对以上问题的答案。
6. 教师请学生听录音跟读模仿。
Step 3 趣味操练（Practice）
1. 教师将全班分成uncle和aunt小组，请每组选一个代表到讲台上来，拿着自己的aunt和uncle的照片做介绍。教师和同学共同给予评价。
2. 互动游戏：两人一组，选择自己的好朋友，交换照片，在真实的情景中复习巩固单词和句型。
3. 口头作文：拿着自己叔叔或婶婶的照片，作口头作文。

五、课后作业
复习本课所学。
