一、教学内容与分析
1．Just speak
本部分通过来自不同地方的小朋友用 I’m from ...相互介绍自己展开对话。教师应当运用听录音、图片展示、情景模仿以及角色表演等方法激励学生在生活情景中灵活运用这些功能语句，并培养学生之间友好相处、团结友爱的好品质。
2．Just read and write
学习名词：Singapore, Canada, friends，做到正确听、说、认读。学习字母：fruit—Ff grape—Gg  hamburger—Hh  icecream—Ii  juice—Jj，做到正确听、说、读、写。
3．Let’s sing
学唱一首英文歌 Where are you from?
二、课前准备
1．准备两张国名图片，五个国家的国旗。
2．准备字母Ff—Jj的卡片。
3．准备已学过包含字母Ff—Jj的单词图片、实物或玩具。
三、教学步骤与建议
1．热身 / 复习（Warm-up / Revision）
（1）发给学生已学的三个国家的国旗图片，学生以“开火车”的形式一问一答，练习：Where are you from? I’m from...
（2）复习所学字母 Aa—Ee
2．新课导入（Presentation）
（1）教师对大家说：“昨天我们班的同学表现不错，今天我有礼物送给大家（五个国家的国旗）。”教师叫着同学的名字边发礼物边说：Hi！Lucy．This one is for you．Hi！David．This one is for you．
（2）教师拿着一面国旗示范，说 Hi, I’m Mr / Miss ...I’m from ... 然后向五个手拿国旗的学生问Where are you from? 让他们分别根据手拿的国旗回答，给全班作示范。
（3）大家模仿。教师可以请另外五个学生手拿国旗，全班学生轮流向他们发问，他们根据手拿的国旗回答。这样连续数遍之后,请学生认真模仿磁带。学生很快能开口说出这句话并能理解其意义。
（4）利用图片学习单词。老师带学生大声朗读，要求学生能认读Singapore, Canada, friends三个单词。注意friends的发音：ds发一个音 / dz /而不是发两个音。要求学生两人一组握手说：We’re good friends．
（5）学习字母：fruit—Ff  grape—Gg  hamburger—Hh  icecream—Ii  juice—Jj字母读音：Ff / ef / , Gg / dJi: / , Hh /eitS / , Ii / ai / , Jj / dJei / 。注意：h包含的读音是 / ei / 不是 / e /，j包含的读音是 / ei / 不是 / i: / 。呈现字母卡，学生发挥想象说说字母像身边的什么东西。如：h像一把椅子。
3．趣味操练（Practice）
（1）游戏：看谁跑得快！学生制作某个国家的国旗并贴在黑板上。将全班分成两队，教师发指令Run to China!每队的第一个学生跑向China国旗图片并触摸一下它。谁的行动准确迅速就为该组赢得一分。教师也可用指令：Point to ...
（2）玩 Ispy．游戏。（见第1课）教师应使学生在游戏进行过程中意识到小小字母非常重要，它们是构成单词的基础。
（3）教师提议大家一起学唱歌曲 Where are you from?
4．课堂评价（Assessment）
完成活动手册的内容。教师应引导学生在真实的情景中学会说：I’m from...，并在快乐、有效的活动中认识本课要求的三个单词。教师还应鼓励学生以生动活泼的形式唱英文歌曲 Where are you from?
（1）看图片说出单词：Singapore, Canada, friends,同桌互相监听，如有错误及时纠正。
（2）看单词大声朗读，根据所给图片迅速说出该国家的名称。
（3）分组表演第4页内容，大家相互评价，对表现出色的学生给予鼓励。
5．补充活动（Additional activities）
（1）根据所听到的国家名称的单词，画出该国家的国旗。
（2）先请一些学生给全班演唱本课的英文歌曲，然后大家拍手齐唱 Where are you from?

1.Warm-up 2.Presentation

1. Review the letters, words and drills they’ve learned last lesson. Use the letter cards. Use the word cards. Write the new words on the blackboard.

2. Act out the dialogues they’ve made in role. Learn the letters: F f--fruit, G g--grapes, H h--hot dog, I i--ice cream ,[ J j—juice. Learn the new vocabulary “Singapore, Canada, friends”. Learn some animals with ctions.(panda, bear, pig, rabbit, bird, mouse) Learn the target language “Where are you from? I’m from ….”.

3.practice

Let’s sing. Where are you from?

Ask the students to listen to the tape recorder, and repeat after it. Let the students practice the dialogue in groups. Get the students to act out the dialogue in role.

2) 用句型 Hi, I’m… I’m from…介绍自己，会用 Where are you from? 进行询问。
2. 能力目标：培养学生听、说、表演的能力，小组合作的精神。
二、教学重点
1. 帮助学生运用Hi, I’m… I’m from…介绍自己和Where are you from? 进行询问。
2. 学习有礼貌的进行交流。
三、教学难点
对句型的熟练掌握。

1. Warm—up
T: Now stand please!
Let’s sing! Where are you from?(边唱边作动作,唱后与生问好Glad to meet you（学生会回答：Glad to meet you too!）——课件“歌曲”

2. Presentation
1) 句子教学
T: Look here!
(1) 指着大屏幕向学生介绍Rani：
This is my new friend , she’s from Singapore.
(2) 带上Rani的名签向学生打招呼：
Hi! I’m Rani, I’m from Singapore.
T: Look and Say: Hi! I’m Rani, I’m from Singapore.
慢读，练习几遍后，举起新加坡国旗问：Do you know?  S: 新加坡。
