Teaching procedures:
Step1.Revision
Review the patterns that we have learnt. Including: Greeting/ Introduction / Say goodbye / say thanks etc.
首先问候全班同学,然后问候个别同学,复习之前所学的句型
Step2. Lead in
Ask the student,
T: Excuse me, are you Liming?
S: No, I’m not.
T: What’s your name, please?
S: My name is…. / I’m ….
T: Are you from Japan/ America/ Canada/ England…?
S: No, I’m not.
T; Where are you from?
S: I’m from China.
先单独反复问几个学生这几个句子,其余同学猜测句意,然后板书问句
Step 3 Practice
a.叫一个学生问一组的同学, Excuse me, what’s your name, please?’ 同学作答
b.换一个同学问一组的同学, Where are you from? 其余同学作答
c. 老师板书国家名,并教会学生认读
d. 学习课本九页1a的对话
跟读,带读, 分小组读,同桌读,然后背诵
e. 完成1b的听力练习
f. 同桌仿1a 编对话,并展示给全班同学。
Step4 Presentation
叫两名同学起来操练刚才学的句型,然后问全班同学?
Who are they? Are they from ,,,? Where are they from?
引导全班同学作答,明白句子意思,如此反复操练几遍
再打开课本完成10页的2a 的听力,订正答案,然后练习这个对话
