Step1: Warm up

【设计意图】让学生猜测被遮掩图片的名称，复习已学过的食物名称，为本节课的学习做好铺垫。

【设计意图】再次复习食物名称、活跃课堂气氛。

Step2ead-in

【设计意图】出示课文主情境图，感知人物。

Step3：Text-study

1、Watch the video and find how thewaitress ask them.

【设计意图】通过看课文动画，引入本课重点句型“Whatwould you like ?并跟原文录音不断操练。

2、Watch the video again and find thefood you hear.

【设计意图】通过看课文动画，找出课文中出现的食物单词，从而引出新单词potato  tomato soup 和句型I’d like …

3、出示图片比较potato和potatoes，tomato,tomatoes和tomato soup。

【设计意图】巩固新单词，单复数作比较。
