学情分析
四年级的学生经过一个学年的英语学习，有一定的英语基础，掌握了一定的英语学习方法，但注意力的集中时间较短，记忆力也处在发展阶段，因此，教学中应根据学生的具体情况进行教学。

（一）教学内容分析
教 学 目 标	知识目标： 1、能听、说、认、读单词：on duty, today, early, turn on, fan, hot. 2、能听懂，会说： Turn on / off the light，Please. Open/close the window. Are you on duty today? Yes, I am. /Not, I’m not. Who’s on duty today? Li Hong and Sally.
	技能目标： 1、能够用祈使句提示他人做事。 2、能够用英语谈论学校学习和值日生有关的用语。
	情感目标：通过引导学生参与游戏、表演对话等教学活动，培养学生的培养学生观察和动手能力，并教育学生热爱劳动，养成节约用电的好习惯。
教学重点	能听、说、认、读单词：on duty, today, early, turn on, fan, hot.
教学难点	熟练运用句型： Turn on / off the light，Please.　 Open/close the window. Are you on duty today? Who’s on duty today? 并能区别“turn on”和“open”的用法。

一、Warm-up	1、Greeting 2、Sing a song: In the Classroom.	1、Greeting 2、Sing the song(边唱边动作)	通过师生问候的热身运动，拉近师生之间的距离，创设和谐的课堂气氛。利用歌曲导入本课教学内容，让学生边唱边动作，消除紧张情绪，以便迅速调整学习状态，并激发学生的学习情趣。
二、Lead-in and Presentation	1、Show the cards to review the words (door,window, book,light,TV) 2 、Teach the new words and phrases: fan ,turn on the fan light, turn on the light TV ,turn on the TV door ,open the door window ,open the window book, open the book 3、lead in the topic:Unit2 On Duty lesson 3（利用问题：Who has to do the work such as open the door,turn on the light,and so on?来引入本课课题） 4、教师出示Learn to say.部分的挂图，并用英语对图中的情景作一番表述，并配利用教室实物，做出相应的动作：Sally and Li Hong are on duty today.They come to the classroom early.Li Hong is turning on the light .It’s hot today. So, she is turning on the fan. 5、教师边描述边出示单词卡片，让学生听懂意思并认读单词和词组：on duty , today, come to the classroom, early, hot. 6、Show the PPT to teach : Are you on duty today? Who’s on duty today?	1、review the words 2、（采用音素拼读、个人读、小组读的方式）Learn the new words and phrases. 3、Know the title of this class. 4、多种形式操练单词和词组，如：小组读，全班读，个人读，抢读游戏等。 5、Red after CD-rom and act it.	用快速反应法和小组竞赛的方式复习单词，让学生全身心投入到学习中，并在复习旧单词的同时引入fan、turn on、open等新单词，让学生在新旧结合中不知不觉进入到新课的学习中。
三、Practice	1、Play a game: Polly says. to practice the words and phrases.（每组请一位学生上台，教师背对台上向其他同学出示图片，其他同学根据图片物品发出指令“Please turn on the…….”或“Please open the…….”台上同学快速作出反应，获胜同学为小组得一分，可以累计得分。） 2、Play the game: Ask and answer: Are you on duty today?	1、Play the game.	在“学中玩，玩中学”，让学生们通过说、听、做来学英语，将课堂气氛推向高潮。同时，该环节不仅能提高学生的听说能力，还能培养学生的反应能力，让学生在真实的语境中学习英语。
五、Consolidation and Sum-up	1、Review the words and phrases. 2、Evaluation	1、Read he words and phrases. 2、Say what you got and evaluate themselves. 3、Listen to the song.	在最后的课堂小结环节中对知识再次进行巩固，最后让整节课在，美妙的音乐中结束。
Homework	1、 Listen to the tape and repeat. 2、Do activity book lesson 3.
