【教学内容】
PEP小学英语第一册Unit 5 Part A中的Let's learn与Let's do部分。
【教学目标】
1. 能听、说、认读六个有关食物的单词:cake,hamburger,hot dog,chicken,bread,French fries。
2. 能听懂有关食物的几个指令。例如:Show me your hamburger.Pass me the French fries.等,并能根据指令做出相应的动作。
3. 通过小组活动,增进学生间的交流,培养学生合作、共享的个性品质。
【教学重点】
让学生听、说、认读六个有关食物的单词。
【教学难点】
用I like ... 来介绍自己喜欢的食物。
【教学准备】
1.教师准备多媒体课件、录音机、相关的磁带和单词卡片。
2.教师将学生分成六大组,每组分别以本课六个食物名称为组名(课堂上开展组与组之间的竞赛。)
【教学过程】
一、Warm-up / Revision
1. T: How are you today, boys and girls?
Ss: Fine, thank you.
T: OK, now let’s sing a song “How Are You”.
2. Listen and look.
教师边说边做动作:This is my head. This is my nose ... 学生听并看老师表演。
3. Let's chant.
教师做动作,学生发指令:Touch your head. Touch your nose...
4. Let's do.
教师发指令,学生边说边做动作:
T: Touch your head. Where is your head?——Ss: Here it is.
T: Touch your nose. Where is your nose?——Ss: Here it is. ...
二、Presentation / Practice
1. 引入。
T: Oh, today is November 16th.(教师拿出日历向学生示意)Today is my birthday. I invite so many teachers to join my birthday party, please say hello to new teachers!
S: Hello!
T: I got so many cards. (教师出示六张卡片) What color do you like? I like red. (用体态语表示很喜欢的样子) What color do you like?
S: I like blue.
T:Wow, what's this? (教师抽出卡片里的食物单词)
S: Hamburger.
T: Here you are (教师把彩色卡片送给回答的学生,并把食物单词贴到黑板上作为该小组的标志)
教师用以上方式出示完六张彩色卡片,及食物单词。
T:Wow so many food. Do you like them? Today is my birthday. I'll have a birthday party in the KFC. Let's go. (大屏幕出示 KFC 的场景)
2. 呈现。
Let’s learn
(1)课件出示肯德基餐厅的场景。食物散落在餐厅各处:柜台上、餐桌上……
(2)教师出示词卡,学生学说单词,并学说句子“I like hamburgers.”教师带读单词,并纠正发音。其他五个单词教法同上,教师边教边将六张词卡贴在黑板上。
(3)听录音,跟读单词,同桌互相检查。
(4)请“小老师”上讲台,带读单词。
(5)Guessing game.
a. 看老师口型,猜单词。
b. 课件出示食物的一小部分,让学生猜猜是什么食物。
3.操练。
(1)Let's chant.
教师手指词卡,带领学生一起chant: Bread, bread, I like bread. Chicken, chicken, I like chicken. Hamburger, hamburger, I like hamburgers. Cake, cake, I like cakes. Hot dog, hot dog, I like hot dogs. French fries, French fries, I like French fries.
(2)Divide the students into some groups: hamburger group, bread group… Listen and do. Hamburger, hamburger, wave your arms. Hot dog, hot dog, shake your body. …
(3)课件出示由本课六样食物组装成的食物人(头──汉堡包,身体──蛋糕,腿──鸡腿,脚──面包,手臂──热狗,手──炸薯条)。如下图:
(4)教师以食物人的身份与学生打招呼:Hello! I am a food man. Look! This is my head “ hamburger ”. This is my body “cake”. This is my leg “ chicken ”...
Let’s do
(1)首先让学生听录音,边听边做动作。
(2)然后老师解释show、 pass、 cut、 eat 、smell 、make的意思,一起做动作。
(3)学唱内容,边说边做动作;最后分小组自己活动。
三、Consolidation / Extension
1. Task: Make a survey. “What do you like?”
T: Hello! I like ... and ... What do you like?
S: I like ... and ...
2. 教读句子“What do you like?” “I like ...”并加以运用。
3.学生四人一小组互相交流,请几组上讲台表演对话。
4. “小记者”活动,采访学生都喜欢什么食物。
四.Homework
1.复习Let’s learn部分的单词和Let’s do的动作。
2.完成英语书P52的调查表。
