Teaching steps:
一、 Warm-up
Free talk and divide the class into 2 groups.
       T: Hello! Boys and girls!
Ss:.....
T:I think animals are very cute,so I like animals very much. Do you like animals?
Ss:......
T: And what’s your favourite animal?  S1:..S2....
       T: In this class, we have 2 groups. You are dog group, you are panda group.
       The winner can get the nice present. Everybody, are you ready for the class?
Watch a video about dogs. Discuss: what do you think of dogs?
    (复习形容词clever,cool,cute)
T:Boys and girls,What’s my favourite animal? Do you want to know?

     T：（看完狗帮盲人视频，引导学生运用useful对狗进行评价）

  T: But this girl can’t hear. So she is deaf.(教学deaf并板书)(用肢体语言与blind进行对比教学，再用 I do you say 来加强练习 deaf, blind)
  T: This girl is deaf, she can’t hear, who helps her?
  Ss: This dog helps her (板书) 教学her.
  T: (呈现：This girl is deaf, she can’t hear. This dog helps her)

      T: What happened last week? (播放录音)
      Ss: There was a fire.
      T板书)There was a fire.
（教学fire） Wow! It was a big fire. The people were in danger. “help, help” who came? (引导学生说 firefighters,并教学firefighters. 与fire比较.)
     T：It was a big fire. The firefighter couldn’t find the people in danger.
        Who helped them.
     Ss: This dog helped the firefighters.

   4. 小结3张图片，再次运用useful对狗进行评价。
