Unit7 How much are these socks?教学设计Section B 1a-1e                             
教学目标                                               
1.能够掌握数词10-31的读法和写法,并找出数字的拼写规律。
2..能熟练运用How much is...?/How much are ...?来询问价格。
3.通过听力训练,学生能圈出有关的数字和服装的单词。
4.. 多数学生能根据语境编造购物的对话。
5. 通过学习,学生能学会合理购买衣物,不从价格上判定衣服的好坏。
教学重点
1.能够掌握数词10-31 的读法和写法。
    2.能熟练运用How much is...?/How much are ...?来询问价格。
2.教学难点
多数学生能根据语境编造购物的对话。     
教学过程
Step 1: Greetings and warming up .
1.Greet the students as usual.
2.Revise the numbers 0-9.
3. Let the students write the numbers and check them.
4.Let students know about lucky number and unluky number .
设计意图:通过师生问候,激发学生的学习热情,复习数字0-9激活学生原有的知识。让学生了解幸运数字和不幸运的数字,知道东西方文化的差异。
Step 2: Presentation
1.Use the media to show pictures about food and clothes ,then present the numbers10-31.For example:
    T:How much is the blue sweater?
Ss: It is $10. Use the same way to teach the others.
2.Listen to the tape and repeat.

3.Work in groups and try to find out the rules in the numbers.Pay attention to the pronunciation of teen and ty
   设计意图:运用语境来呈现词汇,可以激发学生的兴趣,让学生在真实的语境中学习词汇,学生不会感到枯燥,有利于识记词汇。呈现有关服装和食物的图片,可复习的单词。并为下面的听力扫清障碍。
Step3LIstening
1.Play the tape ,answer the question.What are kate and her mother talking about?
2.Listen again,circle the numbers you hear in 1a.
3.Play the tape and let students repeat.
4.Role-play the conversation in pairs.
设计意图:第一遍听力让学生整体感知凯特和她妈妈在谈论什么,第二遍让学生抓住细节听,第三遍学生能听录音跟读,再让进行机械训练,进一步掌握购物的交际用语。
Step 4Make a conversation
Ss take out school things,make a conversation about shopping.Use these drills.Divide the Ss into three groups role-play their dialogs.Each group use different things.
Can I help you?(What can I do for you? ) What color is/are...?How much is/are...? I’ll take it/ them. What about this one?A: Can I help you?
B: Yes, please. I want a T-shirt.
A: What color do you want?
B: Blue.
A: What about this one?
B: How much is it?
A: Three dollars.
B: It’s seventeen dollars.
设计意图:学习语言关键在输出,这一环节,主要让学生能真实的语境中练习有关购物的交际用语,培养学生说的能力。
Step5..Summary
Let the students say out words and sentences that they have learned.The teacher supplements.
设计意图:让学生归纳本节课所学的知识,可以培养学生的归纳能力,并能进一步巩固所学知识。
Step 6.: Homework
1.Learn the numbers by heart and dictate in class tomorrow.
2. Write a  dialog about shopping.
设计意图:第一个作业,主要是检查学生对单词的掌握情况。
           第二个作业培养学生的书面表达能力。
板书设计:
               Unit 7 How much are these socks?
  Words: ten, eleven,twelve,thirteen,fifteen,eighteen,twenty,thirty
  Sentences:How much is the white bag?
           It’s seventeen dollars.     
             How much are the socks?
            They are three dollars.
