《There are too many books on the desk.》一课出自新标准英语小学三年级起点Book5, Modlue5,Unit2。本课主要让学生学会利用句型“There are too many …”来表达。本节课紧密联系学生的生活，所以采用了创设情境、游戏法让学生理解掌握本节课的知识。

（2）能运用句型:There are too many …
过程与方法
根据语言习得规律和学生的认知规律，首先通过复习上一节所学的知识，为新课做铺垫，然后通过创设情境来进行学习新词新句型；再通过对课文整体阅读学生自己学会表达物品的所属关系，最后通过游戏来巩固所学的知识。

教学过程
Step1:warming-up
1、Greeting.
2、Revision(复习句型There are\aren’t enough.)
step2:present the next
T: Today we will learn Module 5 Unit 2 There are too many books on the desk.
2、呈现课文,看图带着问题初步感知课文。
T: Please open your book and turn to page20. Look at the picture. What can you see? (学生回答) How many books are there on the desk? How many apples in the bag? Please listen to the tape and answer the questions.
3、跟读课文
T: Now, please listen and repeat. （相机教授put … on \put … in）
T: Do you know “put … on”? (板书) I put my book on the desk. 把什么放在上面。Ok, boys and girls, put your hands on the desk.
T: Do you know “put … in”? 把什么放在里面。Put your hands in the desk. And put your hands on the desk. Well done!
Step3:consolidation
1、练习page20的Acticity2.
T: Please look at picture1\2\3\4.
T: Look at the picture. What can you see?
Ss: …
T: Yes, there is a bus. On the bus, there are too many people on the bus. Can you say? Say together.

step4:learn the pome
1、观察图
T: Look at the picture. What does the girl do? Picture1.(看图的同时,教生字)
T: Please read the poem together.
2、听录音跟读。
T: Listen and repeat.
3、小组练习然后展示。
T: Now, practice with your partner, and then show to us.
Step5:extention
1、Play a game.—— Lucky number(幸运数字)
T: 利用句型There are too many … There aren’t enough…所抽中的数字相应的图片的内容.I need one student to say begin and stop.
2、生活中有什么不合理和需要改进的地方吗？请把你所观察到的现象写下来 。（不会写的单词可以用图画代替）

教学反思
  首先, 老师的教学魅力----激情..老师上课是否激情,对调动学生的积极性有着重要的作用.学生的兴趣是由老师的抑扬顿挫的语调和夸张的动作唤起.同时老师的表扬也有举足轻重的作用.我这节课的基调此起彼伏，语音语调抑扬顿挫.对于学生的回答也及时给予表扬,评价.调动学生的积极性,不仅在于老师的体态语,还有老师的教学设计.在教学设计中,也充分考虑到如何设计能调动学生的积极性.正如在教授 “ put…on\in”时,(参照教案) 可以这样: Put your book on the desk. Put your book in the desk. Put your book on the ground. Put your book on the desk.让学生做动作.这样做,不仅让学生动起来,激起学生的兴趣,而且更直观,更易于学生对词组的理解.让学生会读的基础上,配上动作.这样不仅助于理解意思,而且也为课堂增添活力,引起学生的兴趣.
其次, 因为课文比较短，重点句子就一个，所以时间和充足，学生操练够.这节课,我的示范足够,活动方式较好.小组来进行讨论让课堂其乐融融，我觉得这个方式很好。而且，我直接呈现句子 “There are\aren’t enough…”这样学生就能依葫芦画瓢.在教读课文环节,输入够.跟录音模仿. 在拓展新句型环节,学生很轻松达到教学要求.对所学句型很熟练.
  最后,把学习的主动权还给学生.学生都能开口说英语，得到锻炼，达到教学效果。
