一、教材分析
本节课的重点是教会学生如何去描述他人正在做什么,特别是多人在一起做同一种活动时的表达方式, “What are they doing?”这一句型是本课重点,能够用此句型询问群体正在做什么,并能用They are doing …来回答。
二、学情分析
小学四年级的学生已经学习了一年的英语,维持他们的学习兴趣是关键,因此我在教学过程中,有意识地淡化语法教学,抓住孩子们好动,爱表现的特点,充分利用body language,让生边做边说,在反复操练中,通过大量的在公园人们做动作的图片体会What are they doing? They’re…这些句型的意义,使学生顺利地完成了学习任务。
三、 教学目标
知识与技能: 1.能够听懂和认读单词:Let’s, get on, lots of, interesting, thing, look at, people, park, lake, row, boat, men, chess, drink, hungry.
2.能够运用句型并能做出回答: What are they doing? They are doing…
过程与方法 :
根据小学生的心理特点和认知规律,通过情景交流及对话表演来巩固重点句型“What are they doing?”.及本单元的单词。
情感、态度、价值: 1、学会细心观察,与他人合作和关心他人.
2. 学会观察日常生活中的点滴。懂得描述一个群体正在干什么。

Step 1: Warming up(热身活动)
复习导入:唱 I am listening to music.营造轻松愉快的课堂氛围。
Step 2: 小组合作,自主学习。
(1) 用“——”画出生词,并尝试读一读。
(2) 用“1、2、3”标出现在进行时态的句型,反复读并理解句子的意思。
Step 3:学习课文。
(1)T:Look, they are in the park.(出示挂图) Guess what can they see in the park?
(2)播放第一遍录音,学生带着问题听。

(3) 反复播放录音,学生跟读并完成任务。
T: Look at picture3, what are they doing?
S: They are doing taijiquan. (生跟读画线的词)
