Teaching aims：
1、          能听懂、会说：What presents do you want,children? I want a computer.I want a computer.I want a bike.What present does Sally want?She wants…并能在实际情景中应用，要求语音准确、语调自然。
2、              学习新单词：computer、 Santa、 want、robot。
3、              能演唱英语歌曲A Merry Christmas!要求语音清晰，演唱大方、自然。

Teaching important points：
What presents do you want,children?
I want a computer.
I want a robot.
I want a bike.
Teaching aids：
     录音带、录音机、单词卡片、玩具、圣诞帽。
Teaching steps：
Step1：热身、复习（Warm-up.\Revision）。
1、              Greeting.
2、              Let us say a rhyme.------Snow.
3、              请学生们说一说自己喜欢的玩具，食品。
4、              圣诞节快到了，请同学们猜猜圣诞老人，带来了什么礼物。
Step2：呈现新课（ Presentation）。
1、“圣诞老人”背着礼物袋来到班级，全班同学向圣诞老人打呼问好。
2、“圣诞老人”：I have brought you many presents.What present do you want,children?
示意学生用I want …来交流。学生边说自己的愿望，圣诞老人也边把带来的礼物送给学生并和学生一起学习单词want、robot。
3、              玩连锁游戏：What do you want?
I want a computrt \robot\bike\new bag…
4、听音模仿训练。
Step3：巩固练习。（Consolidation and Practice.）
1、              老师先把Ask and answer的内容写在小纸片上，不让学生看到，告诉学生，Sally给圣诞老人发了一封e-mail.信上写了她希望在圣诞节得到礼物。请同学们猜一猜Sally希望在节日上得到什么样的礼物。
2、              做竞猜比赛。
T ：What present does Xiaohong want?
S ：She wnts a robot。猜中得1分，得分最多的小组获胜。
3、学生在你问我猜，我问你猜的活动中操练句型。
4、学唱歌曲----A Merry Christmas。
Step4：Homework.
1、              向家长或同学表演歌曲。
2、              完成《活动手册》上本课的练习。
