Unit 3 Could you please clean your room?
Section A 2 (3a – 3c)

Teaching Aims:
1.        Knowledge Objects:
Master the key words and phrases.
2.        Ability Objects:
(1). 培养学生课前进行有效预习的能力;
(2). 培养学生分析句子判断生词词性的能力;
(3). 通过合作探究的方法帮助学生了解一件事情的不同说法。
3. Moral Objects:
Chores are part of fun in our life, we need to share the housework.
Teaching Key points:
1.通过合作探究的方法帮助学生了解一件事情的不同说法。
2.引导学生通过小组合作探究,掌握有效地进行课前预习的策略。
Teaching difficult points:
能够准确的分清名词和动词,并掌握区别和使用方法并造句。
Step 1 Review
1. T: Now, everybody, did you have fun last weekend?
S: Yes.
T: What did you do last weekend?
S:...
(设计意图:复习前面学过的短语)
2. T: If you want to borrow some money from your mother, what should you say?
“Give me some money!”
“Could you please give me some money, mom?”
Which sentence is more polite?
(设计意图:复习如何委婉的提问)
Step 2 New vocabularies on page 19.
Let the students to learn the new vocabularies by themselves in groups before the class, then show some beautiful sentences that they’ve made by themselves.
(设计意图:让学生通过有效的课前预习提前了解本节课的新词汇,并通过对优美句子的展示一方面对其进行鼓励,更重要的是为其它同学提供范例。)
Step 3 Reading
I.Skimming
Read the text and answer the following questions.
    1.How many persons are there in this story? Who are they?
2. Why was Nancy’s mom angry with Nancy?
3. Did they solve the problem?
(设计意图:培养学生快速阅读以掌握文章大意的能力。)
II.Scanning
Task 1.Read paragraph 1 and write “T” or “F”.
1.This story happened today.                (     )
2. Nancy was full of energy(精力、活力 )when she was back .  (     )
3. Nancy took   her dog for a walk at once when she was back. (    )                                                                                
4. Nancy went to the living room and threw out the rubbish. (     )
5. Nancy's mother came back as soon as Nancy sat down in front of the TV.  (    )
(设计意图:培养学生仔细阅读以掌握文章细节信息的能力。)
Task 2 Role play
First,let the students work in pairs,and then let some students to show their conversations.
(设计意图:通过对话练习培养学生的语言表达的能力。)
III.After reading
1. Finish 3b . Read the sentences below. Underline the sentences from the reading that mean the same thing.
(1). Neither of us did any housework for a week.
(2). My mom came over as soon as I sat down in front of the TV.
(3). You’re tired, but I’m tired, too.
2. Finish 3c. Decide whether the underlined words in the sentences are verbs or nouns. Then write another sentence using the underlined word in the other form.
(1).Could you take the dog for a walk? (noun)
(2). Could I watch one show first?
(3). I can’t work all day.
(4). You watch TV all the time.
(5). “What happened?” she asked in surprise.
(设计意图:进一步通过具体习题的操作让学生掌握本节课的重点内容。)
Step 4 Summary
We are all members of our families. So we should learn to share everything , even housework! Because we love our families!
(设计意图:帮助学生总结和回应本节课的重点内容,让学生对本节课所学知识做到心中有数。)
Step 5 Homework
If the time isn’t enough , I’ll let the students do exercise III&IV on the paper after class.
Step 6 Blackboard Design
Unit 3 Could you please clean your room?
Section A 2 (3a – 3c)
I. New vocabulary
1. throw---threw
2. neither
3. shirt
4. all the time
5. as soon as
II. Important sentences
1. Neither of us did any housework for a week.
= For one week, she did not do any housework and neither did I.
2. My mom came over as soon as I sat down in front of the TV.
=The minute I sat down in front of the TV, my mom came over.
3. You’re tired , but I’m tired , too.
= I’m just as tired as you are.

在教学过程中只有不断反思才能提升自我,完善自我,做一个合格的优秀骨干教师。下面我就本节课作如下反思:
本节课是初二下Unit3 Could you please clean your room? Section A (3a-3c)的内容。本堂课的设计主要是基于我正在着手的“初中英语课前预习有效策略研究”精心设计的,课件的设计也是在预习学案的完成基础上进行的。
自己觉得整堂课的亮点有两处,一是复习短语的图片是由学生上周自己回家拍的,这样做继让学生复习了所学词组,也让他们对教学内容不再陌生;第二点,作业的布置。在预习的过程中让各个小组讨论设计了对阅读的提问,所设置的问题包括一般疑问句,when、what 、where、how、why 引导的特殊疑问句,让学生们对自己提的问进行回答一方面练习了考试难点任务型阅读,更重要的是可以不断的指导他们学习自己设问。
教学永远是一门无止境的艺术,无论怎样构思教学,总要需要我们进一步改进的地方。就本次上课的经历来说,时间上的把握还不是很到位。
因此,备好一节课课绝不是一句空话,它需要我们充分了解教材,了解学生,需要我们踏踏实实地考虑好每一环节,这样每一节课才会是高效率的。
