七、培优辅差具体做法: 1、加强交流,了解潜能生、优异生的家庭、学习的具体情况,尽量排除学习上遇到的困难。 2、搞好家访工作,及时了解学生家庭情况,交流、听取建议意见。 3、沟通思想,切实解决潜能生在学习上的困难。 4、根据学生的个体差异,安排不同的作业。 5、请优生介绍学习经验,差生加以学习。 6、对差生实施多做多练措施。优生适当增加题目难度,并安排课外作品阅读,不断提高做题和写作能力。 7、采用激励机制,对差生的每一点进步都给予肯定,并鼓励其继续进取,在优生中树立榜样,给机会表现,调动他们的学习积极性和成功感。 8、充分了解差生现行学习方法,给予正确引导,朝正确方向发展,保证差生改善目前学习差的状况,提高学习成绩。
