Unit 4 What are you doing?

第一课时教学设计

教学目标：

Aim 1.能够听、说、读、写动词短语的ing形式：drawing pictures, doing the dishes, cooking dinner, reading a book, answering the phone 。

Aim 2.能运用句型 “What are you doing? I’m doing the dishes/….”询问别人正在做什么并作答。

Aim 3.通过说唱Let’s chant部分的歌谣巩固复习Let’s learn部分的动词短语和句子。

教学重点：本课时需要掌握五个动词短语的ing形式，能够理解下一课时的主要句型“What are you doing?”并能用“I am doing the dishes/…”作答。

教学难点：动词短语ing形式的读音。

课前准备：

1、教师准备各种动词短语卡片、图片。

2、教师准备本课时Let’s chant, Let’s learn的录音带。

3、教师准备锅、铲、电话、碗碟等小道具。

4、教师准备本课时所需课件。

教学过程：

Step 1 Warm-up

One Greetings

Two Review

a、 Show the word cards or picture cards，then read or say the words。

do  the  dishes   cook  the  meals  read  a  book  

set  the table   do homework    clean  the  room

……

b、Free talk

What can you do?

Can you cook the meals?

Can you clean your bedroom？

……

Step 2 Presentation

One Draw a picture on the blackboard and ask：Look! What am I doing？

T：Oh！I am drawing pictures。

（Show  and write the sentence：What are you doing？）

Now you can ask me：What are you doing？

Ss：What are you doing？

T：I am drawing pictures。

Then do and say。

Two Show CAI。Do，say，listen and learn the other words。

a、 Do the dishes and say：I am doing the dishes。Can you do the dishes？

Ss do and T ask：What are you doing？Then practice in groups

b、总结：正在做的事情动词后要加ing。

c、 让学生试着给下面所学的动词词组加ing。Then learn them。

cook dinner   read a book   answer the phone

Three快速反应

教师带领学生做快速反应的游戏。教师说本部分的动词短语，如：do the dishes, 让学生说出它的ing 形式：doing the dishes 。

　 游戏中，教师注意适时纠正学生的发音，巩固动词短语的同时纠正发音。

　Four接力问答

　　教师出示本部分的动词短语卡片的ing 形式，教师提问 “What are you doing?” 一个学生A看教师的卡片、做动作并回答 “I am…. ” 随后让这个学生A接着问另一个伙伴B “What are you doing?”，B根据教师手中的卡片来回答问题，回答问题后B接着问C，依次快速看卡片，做动作，回答提问。（A,B,C代表学生）

　Five说说唱唱

　　　教师播放Let’s chant 部分的录音，学生认真倾听。

　　再次播放，鼓励学生跟读。

　　学生看书自己认读。

　　分小组练习说唱。

　　展示说唱歌谣情况。

　Six生活再现

　　　　教师给学生提供调色盘，电话，碗碟等小道具，教师问： What are you doing? 引导学生边做动作边回答：I am drawing pictures/doing the dishes/cooking dinner/answering the phone/reading a book.
