教材分析

本课内容是以PEP五年级下册第二单元My favourite season  第四课时进行设计，本课将复习和巩固前两节所学句型Which season do you like best?并在此基础上引入五个四会单词和短语，在学会四会单词和短语的基础上学会使用句型What would you like to do ?I’d  like  to ……进行交流。通过这节课，学生将提高用英语进行交流的能力。

学情分析

本课时是小学五年级学生的教学内容。该年龄阶段的学生具有可塑性强的特点，学生的这一年龄特征使得他们容易接受或改变一些观念，容易培养浓厚的学习兴趣、良好的学习策略和习惯。和成人相比，他们对新鲜事物的接受要快得多，主动得多。因此，他们也能够很快地接受新的教学法和新的学习方法，并逐渐养成习惯，把教师的教转化为他们自己的学

教学目标

（一）语言知识技能目标

1、能够听、说、认读写本课时的五个主要词组：swim, fly kites, skate, make a snowman, plant trees

2．能使用句型: What would you like to do ?I’d  like  to ……进行交流

（二）非语言技能目标

1、情感态度：培养和保持学生学习英语的积极态度和学习信心，引导学生养成良好的英语学习习惯。

2、学习策略：加强学生英语学习策略的培养，为学生的终身学习奠定基础。

3、文化目标：培养学生文化意识，帮助学生养成良好的日常行为习惯。

教学重点和难点

教学重点：五个单词和词组的听说读写及用 I can …句型说出自己喜欢的某个季节的一些活动。

T:  Now boys and girls ，before our lesson ,let’s sing a song “what’s your favourite season?” 根据学生的回答板演：spring ,summer ,fall, winter T:教师板演四个季节。 T：Which season do you like best?   /   What’s  your  favourite  season?(板演) Le't  chant. 本单元歌曲 1, T：Do you went to know which season I like best ?让学生猜测T: Yes, I like spring best .Because, now ,look at the picture ,spring   comes ,plants grow and grow ,the flowers are beautiful, the birds   are singing .In spring ,we can do many things ,for example, we can fly kites. T：Ok ,we also can plants trees in spring. T: Now, boys  and  girls, look at the other picture, summer comes, the weather becomes sunny and hot, at this time, what can you do ? In the north, many people like winter very much, because it  is  snowy, what can they do ? T：We also can make a snowman. T : Can we make a snowman here?(do actions) T: There is no snow here. We can’t make a snowman. Can we skate?(do actions) T: Yes. It’s not cold enough for us to skate. We can’t make a snowman. We can’t skate, either . T: Now ,boys and girls ,I’ll give the cards to five students, when I read the words, you point to the words quickly. then read it two times.		S1: Guess which season is it? It’s windy and warm. S2: spring. S: I  like …. 学生边做动作边说唱。        学生边做动作边说唱。 S:学生边跟读单词边做动作。（个别读，分组读） S:学生边跟读单词边做动作（个别读，分组读）。T: When is Tree-planting Day? S: It’s on March 12th.T: What do we usually do on that day? Ss: No , we can’t.              S:I can ...	引导孩子进行猜季节的对话，比赛哪个同学猜得最快 。 学生认读题目中的单词， 小组描述各个季节的特点。               巩固单词、句型。 学生根据刚才回答得自己鼓欢的季节，重新分组，参考卡片图描述自己喜欢的季节。 学生两个人一组进行一个描述季节，一个猜出示哪个季节。 巩固单词、操练句型。

教学反思

    在教学过程中特别重视学生的单词发音和拼写，注重学生的背诵和默写，反复操练单词和句子的朗读，培养语感。也可以让学生收集一些贴近生活的四季图片，但必须强调要用英语把图片描述出来。鼓励学生在不同的季节勇于尝试不同的活动，切身体会和感受。
