1．本单元的主要话题是谈论如何恰当地使用频率副词及短语，学会描述业余活动安排和描述基本的饮食结构。
学情 分析
1．进入八年级许多学生的学习习惯和思维习惯已经形成，优等生和学困生之间有一定的差距，教学过程中有时难以两者兼顾，无法有效预防两级分化的加剧，而两级分化严重导致的直接后果就是组织教学的困难。
教学目标
    通过听，说，读，写的训练，熟练掌握和应用What do和 How often 的句型，并引导学生了解什么样的饮食习惯才能保持健康的体质。
