PEP英语六年级上册Unit5 Part B Let’s read教案
万宁市乐来中心学校  杨雪珍
一、教学内容:PEP六年级英语下册Unit5 Part B Let’s read
二、教学目标与要求
能够听、说、认读part B let’s read 部分的短文,完成相应的练习活动。
能够运用所学语言较好地完成对话、写作练习。
三、教学重、难点分析
1、本课重点操练巩固本单元的职业名称和重点句型:What does he/ she do? Where does he/ she work? How does he/ she go to work? 以及利用所学语言完成口头作文和笔头作文
2、本课难点是帮助学生理解短文中的新句子。Eg: He helps the bank use their money well. Yuan Yuan likes helping people. She often help tourists find their way.
三.课前准备
教师准备职业名称的单词卡、磁铁、课件及小贴贴。
四、教学设计
StepⅠ. Greeting
Say “Hello” to everyone.(注意用不同的音色、语调和方位打招呼,以吸引学生的注意力和拉近师生距离。)整顿课堂纪律,提高学生学习积极性。
Step Ⅱ. Revision
T:Do you like playing games? Let’s play a game: magic guess(课件展示) ,复习本单元学习过的职业名称。
T:What does he/ she do?
Ss/ 1s answer(s)
StepⅢ Presentation
T : look at the screen, please use these letters to make a word.(课件展示),由单词hobby 引出问题:What’s your hobby? 师生进行问答,老师根据学生的回答给出相应的职业建议。
T: Here are some tips.教授新单词tip. 由此介绍板书内容:wish tree/ wish jugs,引入评价机制。
Ss read the tips together.
T:Look at the picture, who is he?(课件出示丑小鸭的图片). Yes , he is the ugly duckling. Have you hear the story of the ugly duckling? Let’s enjoy the cartoon.课件播放丑小鸭的动画片。
老师根据丑小鸭的故事引出my dream 的主题。Talk about my dream.
T: Today we have three new friends. They also have their dreams. Do you know who they are? 通过幻灯片图片分三部分处理let’s read 部分的内容。
Part 1: Wang Li.
1). 让学生带着三个问题默读短文。What does she do? Where does she work? How does she go to work?(1 分钟)
2). Ss read the passage together. 老师随机教授新单词factory, design.
3). Ask Ss to answer the questions and check the answers.
4). Ask and answer in groups.
Part 2: Li Xiaobin.
1). Read the passage aloud by yourself.
2). 老师教授短文中新单词money和讲解难点句子He helps the bank use their money well.。
3). Read the passage together.
4) Ask Ss to do the exercises. True or false. T check the answers.
Part 3: Yuan Yuan
1).Ask 1s to read the passage.
2). 老师教授新单词tourist/ motor cycle和讲解难点句子Yuan Yuan likes helping people. / She often help tourists find their way.
3). Ask Ss to do the exercises. Choose the right answers. T check the answers.
StepⅣ Extension
1.T : Our friends’ dreams all came true. What about your dream? Do you have a dream? Let’s talk about your dream.
1)      老师先给学生1分钟时间思考,然后再请个别学生起来回答问题。
2)      Pair work. Talk about your dream with your partner.(期间老师要巡视课堂,及时帮助有困难的学生。)
3)      Report. 请几组学生根据自己的梦想进行对话。
Write a passage according to the key words.
1)      Read the key words together
2)      T give an example
3)      Ss write the passage.(期间老师要注意巡视课堂,指导和帮助解决学生的疑问。)
Report . 请几位学生展示自己的小短文。老师及时给予肯定和恰当的点评。
StepⅤ Sum up (new words)
StepⅥ Homework
StepⅦ 总结比赛结果并做出评价。
StepⅨ Thank you and say goodbye!
