1.Could you please(not)do...?请你……好吗?是表示请求的礼貌的习惯用语。肯定回答时,可用Sure./Certainly./Of course.否定回答时可用Sorry,I can’t./Sorry,I’m afraid not.等。
eg:—Could you please turn on the lights?
—Sure,I can.
注:表示请求时,可用can,could,may,might表达,此时它们没有时态上的差别,只是could比can,might比may在语气上要客气。用can或could表示“请求”比较普遍,但在正式、庄重的场合用may或might更合适。

1.really“真正地,确实地”用于预料对方会有不同意见的场合,含有“确实如此,不骗你”的意思;有时也用于表示惊奇或含蓄的怀疑。
eg:①Do you really care nothing about your future?
②Really,I’m afraid I don’t agree with you.
区别:really,indeed,truly
⑴really多用于进一步说服对方,或表示惊奇,或表示含蓄的怀疑。
⑵indeed多用于肯定对方的话或加强自己的话。
⑶truly多用于强调事物的真实性。
eg:①You’re right.It’s indeed a difficult problem.
②Do you really want to go.
③It’s truly hot today.

2.pardon me的用法
⑴表示道歉,意为“对不起”

⑶用于提出异议之前,意为“对不起”

⑷用来引起对方注意,意为“对不起;打扰一下;请问”
