I think we should focus on what our students want instead of what we want. Like the students, we can work in groups. It would be great if we can share our ideas and believes about teaching. This will surely help me improve and do better in the future. Sometimes teaching is not all about skills, we can always do better if we put our heart and enthusiasm into it. Many of us are too tired or too frustrated about teaching. Sometimes the feeling of lost is overwhelming. At this time, we need positive thinking more than ever. So I hope there will be fewer complaints and more ideas in our class. There are many new ways and popular ideas of teaching but we come from different schools, we have different backgrounds and personalities. Our students are quite different from schools to schools. There is no way that we can wait for others to solve our problems.
