Step 1.warm up
The students sing an english song “Is this a cat?”
Step 2.review
Practice the question sentence.

1.        Show the object of car cap monster and learn them.
2.        Show the object again and learn the sentence pattern:What’s this? It’s a/an….
step 4 consodation
Listen to the tape carefully to help the students to master and pronounce.
Step 5practice
Play games:throw the cap,pass the monster and guess something.
Step 6 Do some exercises.
Step 7 summary
Sun up the contents of the class.
Step 8 homework
Practice the useful expression with your friends.
Step 9 blackboard design

本节课学习了三个单词car     cap     monster及重点句型what’s this? It’s a/an….
借助实物教学使本来枯燥乏味的英语变得更直观，更形象。既掌握了知识，又培养了兴趣，达到事半功倍的效果。课堂气氛活跃，师生关系融洽，达到预期的教学目标。但也存在着不足，个别学生对this的发音不准确，教师语言有待推敲。
