Step 1: Warm-up and revision
Sing a song “What’s this” and do the actions.
Review “Where’s…? It’s in he desk/bag…”
Game. 开火车(快速说词)
Step 2: Presentation and practice
Lead in:
直接呈现新话题,T: Today we’ll learn Module 9 Family.
T shows a picture of her own family and introduce the family members. Then let’s listen to Sam’s family.
2. Teach the new words.
(1) 用卡片教新单词
(2) 用炸弹游戏来操练新单词
(3) Do EX1 in AB 来巩固单词
(4) Teach SBU2 Activity 4 Say the rhyme.
3. Practise “ This is my…” “He’s/She’s…”
4. Learn to the tape.
5. Read after the tape.
6. Play a game. 六人小组活动,介绍各自不同的家庭成员,并与其他小组比赛。(评价以6人小组为主)
Step 3:Production
1. Do Ex3 in AB and check the answers.
2. Do Ex4 in AB Draw one family faces and say in groups.
3. Say the rhyme again. (This is mother panda.)
