Module 4 Unit 1 Will you take your kite?教案教学反思

Teaching goals
Target language:
a. Important words:
   take, fly, picnic, great, why, because, so
b. Important sentences:  
   Will you take your kite?
   On Saturday we’re going to have a picnic!
   Why not?
   I will take my kite and my ball on Saturday.
Ability goals:
  a. To enable the Ss masterly use the Future Indefinite(一般将来时).
  b. To help the Ss understand and use the General Questions.
Learning ability goals:
  To help the Ss further use the Future Indefinite to express what they are going to do.(will+动词原形;be going to do)

Teaching points
1. The Future Indefinite.
2. Understand and use the new words in context(take, why, because, so...)

Task-based learning
Individual, pair and group work

A computer, a recorder and some pictures


Teaching procedures
Step 1: Let’s chant.
Football, football, play football, I will play football.
Song, song, sing a song, I will sing a song.
Bike, bike, ride a bike, I will ride a bike.
Kite, kite, fly a kite, I will fly a kite.

Step 2: Practise.(复习旧知,为新课服务)
A:  Will you play football/ sing a song/ ride a bike/ fly a kite?
B:  Yes,I will. / No,I won’t.

Step 3: Greeting.(引出话题)
T: Are you happy today?
Ss: Yes./ No.
T: Why? I am happy today. Because next week is a holiday, I am going to have a picnic.(用图片引出新词picnic)
I will take my kite, some bread and some apples.

Step 4: Brainstorming.
Ss talk about what they will take.
A: What will you take?
B: I will take my kite/ ball...

Step 5: 引出课题。(板书呈现)
T: S1, will you take your kite?
S1:Yes, I will./  No,I won’t.

Step 6: Ss watch a short video, then answer the questions given by the T.
  1. They’re going to have a picnic on___.
       A. Friday       B. Saturday
2. Amy will take _____on Saturday.
A. her kite and her ball   B. her bike and her ball   
Step 7: P20 activity 2. Listen point and repeat.

Step 8: The T shows some pictures and asks Ss to stand up, say the words and sit down quickly. (复习物品名词,为活动操练降低难度)
e.g. kite, ball, noodles, apple, bread...

Step 9: Practise in a group.

1.  A: Will you take your kite?
   B: Yes, I will./  No, I won't.
2.  I'm Amy. We are going to have a picnic. I will take a kite, some apples and some bread. Sam will take...

Step 10: Summarize the important words and sentences.

Step 11: Homework.
抄写并背诵课本第66页模块四黑体单词:take, fly, great, why(每个单词抄写四遍)。

课堂教学反思
    该课为外研版(三年级起)四年级下册Module 4 Unit 1的内容,是一节听说课,本人想通过复习旧知来引入新课,并不断为学生呈现重点句型,通过降低难度帮助更多的学生在课堂上开口说英语、用英语。在整节课中,本人在课题引出部分时间稍微过晚,应缩短课前导入时间,新单词主要采用随文学习或者情境学习的方式,并没有逐个进行解释,比如fly、take、why等词采用肢体动作和表情帮助学生理解,在对学生表现的评价中也尽可能用到“great”,但次数还是过少。在课题引入上,本人的思路是想通过上节课的“What will you do?”及回答“I will have a picnic.”,借用陈述句型“I will take my kite”引出其一般疑问句的句型“Will you take your kite?”但还是稍显繁复,对于学生来说理解过渡太大,可改为通过“What will you do?”引出“What will you take?”。最后的Practise部分应是本节课的亮点,但设置难度过大,而且也必须要思考如何让活动的指令语更加简洁明了。语言学习者要先有语言输入才能有输出,通过让学生听、跟读、背诵等方式让学生对语言进行积累,并充分利用课堂活动让学生有机会使用英语。
