1、本课时的重点是正确书写五个名词和五个动词短语并运用句型:What’s your favourite season ? Which season do you like best?和 Why do you like spring? Because I can….进行问答。
2、难点是听、说、读、写单词spring , summer , fall , winter ,season ,fly kites, plant trees, swim, make a snowman,skate.

1. The tape recorder and a tape.
2. Some pictures about seasons.
3. Word cards.
4. CAI.
四、Teaching procedures:
Step 1 Warm-up
Sing a song “Season song”
Step 2 Revision
1.T: How many seasons in a year?
Ss: Four.
T: What are they?
Ss: Spring summer fall winter
2.T: What’s your favourite season ?(教师指着黑板上板书好的四季图片问。)
S1:I like spring best.
T: Which picture is spring?
S1:The First.
T: Can you spell the spring?
S1:Yes.(跟读这个句子)
T:The word is in the picture? Can you find out?(请这位学生到讲台前指出来。)
板书:spring.
3.T: What’s the weather like in spring?
S2:It is windy and warm.(板书:windy and warm)
T:Why do you like spring?
S2:Because I can fly kites and plants trees.
4.The same presentation:winter and which season do you like best?
5.T: Spring is very nice but summer is my sister’s favorite season.
Look! Summer is very hot . It’s very hot.(跟读)

出示小黑板并复习动词短语,并让学生用I can _____in summer.造句
6.T: After summer ,there comes fall.

T: Look! Fall is also very beautiful. It’s cool.(跟读)
The leaves are turning yellow and falling down from the tree.
So we can pick up leaves in fall. What else can you do?
S1:I can pick fruits/have a picnic/ go hiking.
出示活动项目栏并复习动词短语,I can _____in fall.造句。
T: You will have a good time in winter but you should wear more clothes.
点击服饰项目栏并学习新单词coat, scarf, gloves.并用I can wear … 造句。
Step 3 Practice
教师出示四个季节的卡片,表示气候的卡片,本课时的单词卡片让一个孩子按照季节、气候、可以做的事情摆一摆,然后进行描述:It’s spring. It’s warm and sunny. I can fly kites.
4个孩子一小组,每组准备一套这样的卡片,每个孩子摆一个季节,然后描述。
各小组展示对话。

各小组介绍自己喜欢的季节
如:I like winter best. It’s cold and windy. So we can play with snows. I can make a snowman.
I can skate. I can …

1.教师出示Part B Let’s learn部分的图片,请学生快速拼出动词短语。
2.将自己最喜欢的季节用英文以书面短文形式描述出来。
