《What’s the time?》是义务教育新课程标准实验教科书(科普版)四年级上册英语第八课的Let’s talk(科普版义务教育新课程标准四年级上册38页到40页的内容)，主要学习“What’s the time ?”句型及答语“It’s eight”.也是我们在日常生活中学习英语所要解决的问题。
1.知识目标(1)能听懂、会说、会认读，会拼写单词：time seven eight all right late again
(2)学习如何询问时间及其应答的日常交际用语:—What’s the time?—It’s
2.技能目标(1)能够用英语谈论时间。
(2)能够使用数词one￣twelve表达具体事物的数量,
3.情感目标（1）培养学生遵守时间的好习惯
（2）利用多媒体技术，创设英语情景，增强互动，激发学生的学习兴趣。

（3）师拼字母，生说词（4）A game.
