教材 分析

本课是新目标英语八年级上册第7单元，教材以“谈论如何制作香蕉奶昔”这一话题展开，Section A是基本语言内容的收集和学习，这一部分引导学生通过本课的语言素材进行看图说话，句型演练，实际描述和对话表演等，使学生能够正确地使用表述如何制作香蕉奶昔过程中需要用到的词组，句型，从而熟练地谈论这一话题。这一话题教学紧密联系生活实际，易于引发学生运用简单的英语进行交流，对于提高学生的综合能力，特别是说的能力很有帮助。

学情 分析

初二学生经过一年多的学习，有了一定的英语基础知识和听说能力.同时，经过一年多的学习，有了初步的自主、合作、探究、实验的能力。

本单元的教学过程应该更加注重学生的情感体验。在小组对话中使学生掌握英语知识和技能，提高语言实际运用能力，锻炼他们学习英语的意志和信心。在制作食物的过程中将英语和生活联系起来，丰富他们的生活经历。激发他们学习英语的兴趣，培养他们的生活情趣。

教学目标

知识目标：单词：学习掌握词汇blender, yogurt, turn on, cut up, peel, pour, put into, teaspoon, amount, ingredient,等。

句型：How many bananas do we need?

      How much yogurt do we need?

能力目标：学习描述一种食物的制作过程

情感目标：通过我们的双手制作食物，并和他人分享。我们能从中获得更多的乐趣和成功。也能够使我们对英语更加感兴趣。

教学重点和难点

Step 1  Warm- up﹝2）	1. Sing a song “If you are happy, clap your hands”	让学生跟着音乐一起唱,表演动作,	歌曲欣赏，以学生喜闻乐见的形式导入新课，为学生创造轻松愉快的学习气氛, 激发学生的好奇心，为学习新课打下伏笔。
Step 2 Lead-in(5mins)	2T he teacher show the slide of blenders, and ask: What are these?S Ss: They’re blenders.T T: What do we usually use them to do?S Ss: To make juice, apple, orange juice and so on.T T: It is said that banana milk shake is very delicious. Do you know how to make a banana milk shake?  Today we’re going to learn how to make a banana milk shake.	问题导入，用美食引发学生学习的乐趣	这样的活动能使学生在轻松活泼的气氛中学习和掌握知识。
Step 3 1a（4mins）	1． Let students open their books to    page 41,1a.2． T: Look at the picture What can you see? The picture shows some actions. What are these actions? Now let’s read the words in 1a. Follow me, please. Ask Ss to write the names of the actions on the blanks. Check the answers.	看图说话，与实际生活相联系	展示了同学们熟悉的活动，激发了学生表达的欲望。生活就是知识，对于他们熟悉的话题，学生能更积极地参与到课堂活动中。
Step 4 1b (7MINS)	Play the recording for the first time, students just listen. Play the recording for the second time, this time, students should number the instructions from 1 to 6. Correct the answers. Get the students to read the instructions in the right order.	听力训练，并让学生学习句型。	本环节目的是让学生在听音时抓住关键词，培养学生边听边做笔记的学习策略。
Step 5 1c(5 mins)	3. Pair work: First show the slide, say the steps of making a banana milk shake together, then work in pairs. Ask some students to say the steps according to the pictures.	设计不同的任务,让学生分组完成.	设计不同的任务，让学生在小组中交流、合作、竞争，易于激发学生的表达欲望和急于知道最终结果的心情，在活动中他们一定会努力表现自己，做到最好。
Step 6 2a (7mins)	Before listening ,show the slide about countable and uncountable nouns (I)；Listen again , fill in the chart. Check the answers. Show the slide about “how many and how much.”	可数名词和不可数名词的学习	通过实际生活中的物品比对可数名词和不可数名词，让学生更加容易理解。

Step 10 Project   (2 mins)	Today we learned how to make a banana milk shake and fruit salad. If you want to drink sth. or eat she, you could make a special one, not by your father or mother, but by yourself. There is a lot of fun in cooking.	鼓励学生动手操作	结合实际生活的动手操作，更能激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
Step 11 Homework(2mins)	List the instructions of making a banana milk shake and the ingredients of making fruit salad.	做沙拉并请同学品尝	让学生学会分享，培养他们的英语思维能力和表达能力

教学反思

在学习有关实物的应用时，学生将所学知识和生活实际联系起来，极大地激发了学生的学习兴趣。由于所设情景贴近生活，有吃有玩，学生们充分体会到了学习的乐趣和成功的喜悦，为他们的终身学习奠定了较好的基础。学生理解how much不难，关键在于应用，所以在授课时应为学生找好配套练习，另外应补充一些关于蔬菜的单词，以便于学生在对话时应用。
