二.Teaching procedures
Step1. Warming-up and revision
Someone gave a small free talk and the others gave some slaps or helps.
Step2. Prereview
1.The teacher tell the goals (vocabularies , Target languages, important point and difficult points) and tell them to review carefully.
2.Learn by oneself by reading,writing ,speaking and asking.
Step 3. Review by some tasks.
Task1. Review the vocabularies.
Close the books and write some words in unit 2 on the blackboard.The students in group 1 write some nouns,group 2 write some verbs,3,4,…the groups that write the right answers are given some grades.
Task2. Review “there be “ by making sentences.
Group1 write some expressions about places,group 2 write about preposition ,group 3 write “be” and “there”,group 4 read them out to complete some sentences.
Task 3. Review “there be” by “repeat and saying” in line.
eg:A:There is a hotel on center street. B: There is a hotel on center street. There are some parks across from the hospital. C: There is a hotel on center street. There are some parks across from the hospital. There is a case and two notebooks…D…E…
Task4. Ask the ways in groups.
Some are the persons who ask the ways,the others show the ways.They all write down the sentences.At last ,several act out to the class.
Task5.Play a game.
Work in pairs.One student gives some directions about showing the ways,the other one listens and draws the maps.Then change the roles.
Task6.Have a competition.
Write some knowledge on some paper,for example,“there be”,prepositions,some grammars,some important points, put them in different letters and write the right numbers.
Methods: Each group choose a student by choosing in turns,he or she has number that has been choosen by himself or herself,he or she chooses one grade (100-600 ) ,then answer the question.If the answer is right,this group can get the grade that they have chosen .If the answer is wrong,the group will lose the grade that they have chosen.
