教学目标：Talk about how often you do things

重点难点：Train  students' reading and writing skills

教学过程：

Learning by yourself

1. Learning aims:

a. Read the new words on page3

b. Read the article in 3a and translate them into Chinese

c. Look at 3b and 3c,Then find out the phrases.

  Write down the new phrases:

   在周末（）    一周一次（）    一月两次(  )healthy lifestyle( )          eating habit( )  good grade( )

2. Learning steps:

Step1 Check self—learning

学生互批，完成自主学习板块，然后纠正答案。

Step2 Work in groups

1: Lead in

通过多媒体设计一些活动，师生问答提到sports这个词。然后导入exercise 。进入课题。

2: Ask and answer

Eg:  A: What do you usually do on weekends?

   B: I often /usually/sometimes…

   A: How often do you…?

   B: Every day /once/twice/three times…

3: Do the reading.

First,listening to the tape

Second,dealing with language points

Third,retell the article
