       1. 写作任务:



你的一位朋友给你写了一封电子邮件,向你抱怨他在新学校的遭遇。在读过他的信后,你与朋友们决定立即回复一封电子邮件,在回复中要尽量帮助他想一些办法来解决他所提到的难题。要求:(1)格式正确,意思通顺。(2)字数100字左右。



Dear Tom,

I moved to the new town with my parents two months ago. I miss you and friends very much. And I am very unhappy every day. I have many troubles. First, the lessons here are very hard, and what's worse, math is harder than ours and I don't have a right math book. Second, I have no friends here and I don’t know how to talk with the students and teachers. I don't know if they are friendly. I am very upset and don't know what to do. What can I do? Do you have any good ideas for me?

       2.习作正文:



Dear Mike,

How are you? Our friends and I am (1) very happy to receive your e-mail. We are very sorry to know you have so many troubles and you are not happy at all. There are a lot of things you could do. You could write e-mails often if you miss us. We could think out many good ideas for you. You should ask your new teachers to help you to study subjects especially math. They could be happy to help you. You should borrow a math book to (2) your teacher or new classmates, or you could buy a new book. You should be friendly and smile to others. You should talk with your new classmates and play with them often. You could find new friends soon.

3. 教师指导:



a. 本单元的写作指导:



本单元主要是运用should, could这两个情态动词来解答同学们在生活中遇到的问题,给出相关的建议。



我们来复习一下情态动词的相关用法:情态动词的词义并不完整,不能单独做谓语,两个情态动词也不能连用,后面必须连接实义动词原形来一同做谓语。情态动词表示说话人对动作或事物的态度和看法,如可能,应该或必要等等。情态动词通常没有人称和数的变化形式,否定形式是在情态动词后面加not, 疑问形式是将情态动词提前。should是“应该,应当”的意思,could是“可以,可能”的意思。



肯定形式:

You should save water.

He could talk with your friends.



否定形式:

You shouldn't stay at home for a long time.

You couldn't play computer games again.



疑问形式:

Should I leave now?

Could you please help me?



可用短语:

keep out, call sb. up, on the phone, pay for, the same as, in style, out of style, get on, as ... as possible, all kinds of, on the other hand, find out



重要句子:

What should I do?

Maybe you should buy some new clothes.

You could write him a letter.

I don't think so.

They are original / comfortable / colorful.

My friend has nicer clothes than I do.

I have a problem, and I need your help.

I don't know why. I can't think what I did wrong.

I am very upset and don't know what to do.

There are a lot of things you could do.



b. 本体裁的写作指导:



本文任务要求先读一篇电子邮件,然后根据电子邮件的内容再回复一封,这样的难度较单纯写一封电子邮件要难许多,因为要对材料中的内容有准确的反馈。



让我们来一同了解一下电子邮件的写法吧!



电子邮件的出现满足人们快捷通讯的需要,我们可将电子邮件看成是信件的一种,但是它又与手写的信有所区别。



(1)电子邮件要写收信人的地址和信件的主题。收信人的电子邮件地址要写在“收信人(To)”框中,主题(Subject)是将电子邮件内容用一个词,几个词或一句话加以概括,好的主题应简明地概括电子邮件的内容,让人一目了然,吸引读电子邮件的人首先阅读。



(2)称呼和普通英文书信一样要取决于通信双方的亲密程度。



(3)正文和写英文书信相差不多,都要在称呼的下一行,但电子邮件可以顶格写,也可空出3到5个字母。另外,最好用问候语来开始邮件正文的内容,这样会让人读起来很亲切。常用的问候语有很多种,可以根据需要来选择。



正文要简洁明了,让人很快地读懂你的想法。重要的一点是,同学们必须根据提示内容将电子邮件的要点写全,并注意词语和句式的选用。而如果是回复电子邮件,我们要将其中所提的问题一一解答清楚,而不要有所遗漏。



(4)在正文的后面可以写上祝福语或者表达我们的心愿。如:I'm looking forward to hearing from you. / Please write to me soon. / Best wishes to you and your parents. / Good luck to you. / Take good care of yourself.



(5)最后的结束语和签名也分两行顶格写。这都属于电子邮件的特殊之处。



c. 习作的评价与商榷的意见:



上面的习作符合电子邮件的格式,全文内容通顺流畅。对于这样的给材料作文,小作者一一回答了材料中所提到的问题,写出了自己对于朋友真诚的建议,并做了适当的发挥。不过美中不足的是由于缺少过渡性的词语,文章显得有点乱。另外,文中还有几处要值得商榷之处。



(1)此句涉及到主谓一致的情况,做主语的是our friends and I,应视为复数,所以am应改为are。



(2)此句的词组为borrow sth. from sb.(从某人那借某物),所以此处的to应改为from。



(3)各别句子过长,过于复杂,不利于阅读,可适当地变成几个短句子。



(4)虽然本电子邮件回答了材料中所提到的问题,但是如果添加几个过渡词会文章会显得更有条理。



4. 对比写作:



Dear Mike,

How are you? Our friends and I are very happy to receive your e-mail. We are very sorry to know you have so many troubles and you are not happy at all. There are a lot of things you could do. Frist, you could write e-mails often if you miss us. We could think out many good ideas for you. Second, you should ask your new teachers to help you. And you should study hard. We believe you will be good at it with your teachers' help. Third, you should borrow a math book from your teacher or new classmates, or you could buy a book. Fourth, you should be friendly and smile to others. You can find the new classmates are also friendly and smile to you. You should talk and play with them often. You could make new friends soon.
