我想分享给大家一个真实的故事。这是一个叫做李宁的人。他是一位著名的中国运动员，曾经在奥运会上获得过多个金牌。但是在他还是一个孩子的时候，他却非常害怕高空。每次站在高处，他都会感到非常恐惧，无法动弹。
